Nice staff, clean and decent environment.

Cons:

Sometimes you may have to call several times to get assistance. WiFi is always disconnecting and you would have to approach front desk to have it reconnected. A section of my bed made an uncomfortable noise. It was difficult regulating bathroom water temperature. Either too hot or cold .

HONEST REVIEW ON HOTEL CAPITOL
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I loved their approach to customer service. The hotel compound was very neat, and the room was well arranged and comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was a delay in confirming my payment. Aside from that, everything was great.
