HONEST REVIEW ON HOTEL CAPITOL
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I loved their approach to customer service. The hotel compound was very neat, and the room was well arranged and comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was a delay in confirming my payment. Aside from that, everything was great.

Pros:

The breakfast experience was disappointing. Although the menu lists several breakfast options, only one option was actually available.

I also requested a kettle for my room so I could make tea, but I was informed that my room category was not entitled to one and that I should instead request hot water. Unfortunately, by the time the hot water was delivered, it had already cooled down, making it unsuitable for preparing tea.

I hope the hotel can improve these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests.

Good safe option for northern Lagos but food offerings were poor
Pros:

Room was clean and good layout with refrigerator and strong AC. Provided water on first night only. Location was a closed gated area and so was safe. Outside looked very poor area. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Only provided one choice either a spaghetti with a hard boiled egg on day 1 and a toasted bread with a pepper spread. No coffee or juice and even had to pay for a chocolate powder one day. Dinner was OK with limited options and beef dishes were overcooked and chewy.

Pros:

I like everything about the hotel, staff are nice, cleaning is done on a daily basis though someday it's done a bit late. Food is nice and cheap compared to most eateries.

Cons:

I like the fact that there is 24hrs light supply. The serenity of the hotel and the room size.

Polite staff and clean environment.
Pros:

It’s clean and the city view was amazing.

Cons:

The absence of elevator is what I didn’t like, I had to use the stairs to get to the fourth floor where my room was reserved - it was exhausting. Besides that, it was a beautiful stay.
