La playa y piscinas son bastante bonitas, al desayuno si le falto variedad y algo característico del país, tienen lindos jardines y instalaciones amplias.
Las instalaciones en los pasillos y cuartos les falta mantenimiento.
Entiendo que esto no solo depende del hotel pero la playa estaba bastante sucia, es algo que con la comunidad deben cuidar en conjunto para que no se pierda la belleza y sobre todo por el ambiente

En servicio de recepción, se equivocaron en mi habitación, me daban algo que ni había escogido en la plataforma de Booking. Nada que ver con las fotos. Pero les dije y me cambiaron de habitación.
El restaurante es demasiado lento.
Las habitaciones del primer nivel son antiguas y tienen demasiado Olor a Humedad.....
Me gusto la ubicación y ambiente de hotel
Me gustaría que cuando puedan puedan remodelar el hotel la parte de habitaciones porque los baños se ven ya un poco viejos pero tampoco se ven mal pero si mas adelante tuvieran en plan remodelar.
La playa
Hotel necesita mantenimiento y reparaciones, hay un área que necesita jardinización, la música de la piscina contigua a la playa excesivamente fuerte, desagradable, todo el día. Puede mejorar el menú.

Considero que se pueden realizar actividades para los huéspedes, como fogatas, planes todo incluido, dar toallas cuando se va a la playa, el personal los que atendieron amables pero muchos no hacían nada mas que ser espectadores.
La comida del restaurante muy buena.
Los desayunos los empiezan a servir muy tarde, las piscinas las habilitan hasta las 9 am y el check up es muy temprano a las 11 am

Instalaciones descuidadas, nada que ver en relación precio, mala atención del personal en general. Comida cara y mala, para no volver y mucho menos recomendar, en el área se encuentran mejores opciones.
