La playa de la costa del sol

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Lamentablemente, las instalaciones se encuentran en muy malas condiciones y, considerando el precio que cobran, la calidad del servicio y el estado del hotel están muy por debajo de lo esperado.

Desde nuestra llegada, el techo del lobby presentaba goteras, lo que provocaba que los huéspedes nos mojaramos incluso mientras intentabamos a tomar algo. La comida fue otro gran inconveniente: se servía fría, sin sabor y con muy poca variedad o calidad.

Las habitaciones también dejaron mucho que desear. Encontramos cucarachas, algo completamente inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría.

El servicio al cliente fue igualmente deficiente. En varias ocasiones el personal nos atendió de mala gana, ignoraba nuestras solicitudes y, cuando intentábamos llamar su atención para ordenar o pedir ayuda, simplemente actuaban como si no fuera con ellos.

Las instalaciones de la piscina estaban sucias y mal mantenidas. Además, durante una lluvia, gran parte del hotel se inundó. Los empleados hacían lo posible con escobas para sacar el agua, pero la situación reflejaba claramente problemas de mantenimiento y administración. Aun con el restaurante inundado, tuvimos que comer allí, y la comida seguía llegando fría y de muy mala calidad.

Definitivamente, la relación entre el costo y la calidad es muy mala. No considero que el precio esté justificado.

Hospitality is great, but the room was not what I expected to be.

The people was amazing the hospitality was amazing.

Pros:

The property is beautiful. Except there’s no stores or places where to go eat except their own restaurants. The staff there is wonderful. Please pay ur staff more they do an awesome job with all your guests there. If you charge us the amount we pay for food and ur restaurant paid them more they deserve it!!!!

Cons:

The rooms were good. Just the water on the sink wasn’t flowing well. And the room was clean but no towels were left in the room. And every time I took a shower my skin got so itchy.

Ac did nit work the first night. To many spiders inside the room , sink and shower water was ocean water) very salty)
Staff were rude and waiters were deceiving by not providing receipts of food consumption. Restroom and kitchen are connected and there were many flies all over the food they served. The pool floors were slimy. Cleaning crew were loud since early morning. Main entrance security Are very arrogant and unwelcoming. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID

Pros:

La playa y piscinas son bastante bonitas, al desayuno si le falto variedad y algo característico del país, tienen lindos jardines y instalaciones amplias.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en los pasillos y cuartos les falta mantenimiento.
Entiendo que esto no solo depende del hotel pero la playa estaba bastante sucia, es algo que con la comunidad deben cuidar en conjunto para que no se pierda la belleza y sobre todo por el ambiente
