Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. There were ants everywhere — in the bedroom, bathroom, and around the room in general. The bidet spray was not clean, and the toilet flush was broken.

Even the bed did not feel properly clean; the duvet cover and bedding didn’t seem freshly washed, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the room and facilities need much better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Definitely not the standard I expected.

Personnel sympatique, parking juste en face de l'hôtel, terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la ville

Cons:

Il doit certainement exister des chambres plus agréables que la nôtre. La chambre avec les deux lits simples dispose d'une fenêtre de taille modeste offrant une vue sur une cour intérieure encombrée, ce qui donne l'impression d'être privé de panorama.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее, 10 мин и центр старого Тбилиси. Чисто, уборка была каждый день, приятные завтраки. Было тихо и комфортно ночью.

Cons:

Персоналу нужно работать над собой и быть более гостеприимными.
Мы жили 2 детей и 2 взрослых, но почему то в номере было всё на 3их(к примеру 3 бутылочки воды, 3 стакана, 3 пары тапочек и 3 полотенца),ребёнка которому 6 лет, я так понимаю за человека не посчитали, хотя при переписке я указывала что нас будет 4.
Данный отель не даёт ранний завтрак с собой, если Вы, уезжаете на раннюю экскурсию.
