A localização é excelente, valeu super a pena pois não precisamos pegar uber para nada, tudo era próximo.

Cons:

Da piscina não ser aquecida, porque mesmo no "inverno" de junho/julho e estando calor a piscina se tornava gelada pois não pega sol diretamente, então foi impossível usar. Tirando isso não tenho outras reclamações.
