Pros:

Everything about the property itself was great. It was very cozy, and overall we were happy with our stay. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable

Cons:

The main thing we didn’t like was that our room was located on the -1 level (slightly below ground level). Although the room had windows, being below ground felt a bit unusual and not very pleasant for us. Other than that, everything was good.

Pros:

Tutto bello, tranne il fatto che lo staff è stato completamente disinteressato alla mie esigenze, senza sforzarsi minimamente di comunicare nulla sulla struttura o altro. Anzi mi ha creato difficoltà nella comunicazione parlando solo inglese e nn provando per nulla a comprendere le mie esigenze. Ho dovuto cercare io il modo di comunicare con loro.

Cons:

La vista delle stanze sono i sotterranei, è meglio accertarsi prima di quelle sarà la stanza assegnata.
