Ich war rundum zufrieden. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert.
Pros:

Hat alles bestens gepasst. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Lediglich der Parkplatz hat mich etwas gestört. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die hoteleigene Tiefgarage im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein. Das würde den Service deutlich aufwerten und den Aufenthalt für Gäste noch angenehmer machen.

Niewygodne łóżko, nie rozumiem po co są dwa materace na sobie

stary telewizor z 13 kanałami

brak zasłony w prysznicu i brak jakiejkolwiek szafy

pan z recepcji, który nie zapisał zapłaty za parking co powodowało dużo niedogodności :)) przez co przy wymeldowaniu inny pan chciał żebyśmy zapłacili mimo, że zapłata miała miejsce w dzień meldunku

Yderst upersonligt hotel. Ren industri hotel.
Personalet i receptionen gad overhovedet ikke at smile eller sige hej når man kom ind af skydedøren
Morgenmads folkene var søde, men kedelig morgenmad

Cons:

Så mange kriminelle ved U banen at man aldrig for lyst til at tage retur til dette hotel.
Så utrygt at gå fra hotel op til stationen. Snakkede med andre der havde det på samme måde

Pros:

Excellent hotel — we really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety of food, and fully met the standards of a four-star hotel. The metro station is only about a five-minute walk away, which is very convenient for getting around Vienna.

The only minor downside was the poor soundproofing, as noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard quite clearly. Apart from that, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again!

Pros:

Не первый раз в этом отеле. Получили все, что ожидали. На этот раз в номере было две отдельных двери на душ и туалет. Реновация или с номером повезло? Когда раньше останавливались , очень напрягала одна дверь, которая закрывала либо душ, либо туалет. Если реновация после отрицательных отзывов- молодцы отельеры.

Cons:

Нужно проверять номер после уборки. В этот раз не работал телевизор и не было бутылки с водой. Правда, все довольно бысто исправили.
