Comfortable but staff need to do better
Pros:

Good location, close to the Galata tower, river and restaurants
Staff at breakfast were lovely

Cons:

Breakfast was ordinary. Eggs always cold . Very limited range .
Staff at reception were not particularly interested in their customers. We had been travelling elsewhere and staff at every hotel were so friendly and helpful. Always giving us tips of where to go, what to see and where to eat. Always asking how our day was and where we had been. The staff here were disinterested in us. We asked about going to Gallipoli they had no idea what we were asking . Surely, having Australian and New Zealand guests they would be better informed. Once they worked out what we were wanting they had no interest in helping us arrange something. We would walk in and they barely acknowledged you. Often not even raising their heads

Super terrasse de petit dej au toit avec une vue imprenable.

الفندق للامانة من افضل الفنادق الي حجزتها في اسطنبول المكان كان قريب من كل شي تقسيم الفاتح برج غلطة البحر كل شي قريب منك الفندق نظيف جدا وكانت غرفتي مطله على برج غلطه وفوق هذا كله تعامل الموظفين جدا جدا جدا جدا ممتاز شكرا للفندق هذا على كل الخدمات الرائعة
