Un bon hôtel propre et reposant.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé avec beaucoup de points de restauration, d'achats de produits du quotidien et pharmaceutiques. 2 entrées de métro à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Quartier tranquille et agréable. Petit déjeuner complet et à volonté. Hôtel très propre. Conciergerie gratuite.

Cons:

Pain et viennoiseries congelés...un peu dommage alors qu'il y a plusieurs boulangeries à proximité.
Ascenseurs parfois défaillant. Chambres pour 2 petites mais suffisantes si juste pour dormir et se laver.

Viele Vorteile sprechen fuer das niedliche Hotel
Pros:

Kleines und gemuetliches Hotel in einer guten Lage. Bus und Metro schnell erreichbar. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer sehr klein aber super sauber. Leckeres Fruehstueck mit gutem Kaffee. Super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Schwierig fuer Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Lift erst ab halber Etage zugänglich (es ist nun mal ein älteres Gebäude - Gluecksfall, dass das nachträgliche Einsätzen eines Liftes ueberhaupt möglich war). Es geht nicht ohne Treppe, man muss immer eine halbe Etage hoch oder runter laufen. Die Treppe ist schmall, die Stufen kurz.
Leider lief in meinem Zimmer non stop die Bad Lueftung. Das war Nachts etwas störend.

Pros:

Struttura pulitissima, nuova e curata ,lo staff è presente e gentilissimo per esaudire ogni richiesta.
Lo staff ha esaudto la mia richiesta di avere una camera fragrance free nel rispetto della mia allergia.
L'hotel è dotato di aria condizionata ed ascensore (cosa che non tutti hanno)
L'hotel è a pochi metri da 2 metro per raggiungere qualsiasi zona di Parigi, inoltre le fermate bus e tram sono vicinissime.
La struttura si trova al 12° ed è al centro di tutti i servizi ristorazione boulangerie bar pizzerie e pub.
La consiglio vivamente per pulizia ordine organizzazione e silenzio sia nella struttura che in strada.
Ci ritornerei.

Senza frigorifero (d'estate è un problema)
Lavandino microscopico inadatto per un hotel
Water micro scomodissimo
Armadio inesistente (a stento riesci a mettere il giornaliero)
Camera piccola .
2 valigie riempiono ogni spazio e diventa difficile muoversi.
Se apri il tavolino davanti al letto, ci passi appena..
Menomale che ci tornavamo solo di sera per dormire.

Pros:

Very nice and clean room. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room for was a bit small, but it wasn't too problematic for me. I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room though, just to have some cold water with me, given the high temperatures.
