🛑 THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! 🛑
They sold the suite I booked to someone else for a higher price and tried to force us into a tiny standard room or dump us at a cheap hotel.
I booked a Deluxe Suite featuring a separate bedroom, living room, kettle, and washing machine for myself and my two elderly parents. Upon arrival, the receptionist claimed the suite wasn't ready. Then came the lies: he claimed there was no washing machine and offered a "free laundry service" if we turned in our clothes a day early so they wouldn't mix with hotel sheets! He also said cooking and kettles were forbidden.
When I demanded the suite, I paid for, he showed me a tiny 2-person room with a third bed underneath. When I confronted him with my reservation, he made up an excuse that his system said: "deluxe suite (standard suite)" and absurdly claimed standard suite is not deluxe suite! I told him I had canceled another hotel and booked here because of the good reviews (it now seems the small number of reviews might also be another scam).
He then offered to book me another hotel, even asking which hotel I had previously booked so "maybe we know them and can swap you there"
When I called out his scam tactics, he became extremely angry and rude, yelling that he was "helping" me and giving the extra third bed for free! He was furious I called him a scammer, to which I replied: If you don't want to be called a scammer, don't scam people!
Because of this nightmare, my elderly parents were forced to sit in the lobby for 4 HOURS. My mother, who had a kidney removed last year, became so severely ill from the distress that evening that we almost went to the hospital.
After 4 hours, Booking.com confirmed the room was completely wrong, agreed it was a scam, canceled the booking, and gave me a full refund.
These people are low-level, zero-moral, criminal scammers ruining Yalova's reputation for a couple of euros.

Дуже брудно. Персонал посміхається, але нічого не робить. Замовляв дві окремі кроваті, але по приїзду побачили дві кроваті з'єднані в одну. На прохання зробити так як замовляли отримали відповідь. Нема кому робити, робіть самі. Ванна дуже стара та брудна.

كانت الاقامة لمدة يومين في هذه الشقق الفندقية الجميلة حيث الموقع المميز والخدمة الرائعه وطاقم العمل الخلوق المريح حيث ان الفندق يقع في قلب المركز في يالوفا مقابل الحديقه بضع خطوات تفصلك عن سيارات التاكسي وكل الخدمات قريبه منك لا تحتاج الى سيارات اجرة

I had a short stay at MySmart Hotel in Yalova, but it left me with truly pleasant memories. Despite the rainy and gloomy weather, the staff managed to create a warm and sunny atmosphere throughout my visit.
They kindly offered me early check-in when I arrived tired after a long flight, and even arranged an early breakfast the next morning since I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. They also helped me call a taxi.
While the hotel itself may not be the most impressive at first glance, the service and the staff are absolutely outstanding — and that's what really matters. People come to people, and this team made me feel genuinely cared for. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so wonderful!
