Я воздержусь о том, что мне понравилось.

Cons:

Грязные полотенца. В первый же день с полотенцами подошел к сотруднику отеля и попросил поменять на чистые, на что мне ответили, а что вас не устраивает. Я предложил с такими грязными полотенцами встречать гостей у себя дома. За 50000 драм за сутки, нет ни завтрака и к тому же с грязными полотенцами, которыми противно вытираться. Далее, мы воспользовались двумя бутылками минеральной воды «Джермук», цена которой в магазине 240 драм. Нам посчитали 2000 драм за две бутылки. Я попросил прайс, который должен быть заверен печатью и подписью и где указана на государственном языке, что данная вода стоит таких денег. Прайс я так и не получил. Администратору говорю, хорошо что вы не просите 5000 драм за бутылку воды. Оплатил ради справедливости 1000 драм за две бутылки. Одним словом, категорически не рекомендую данный отель.

Schönes 3-Sterne-Hotel

Cons:

Das Frühstück im Hotel ist bis 11:00 Uhr angegeben. Wir kamen um 10:30 Uhr, also eine halbe Stunde vor Ende. Punkt 11:00 Uhr wurde der Zugang zum Speisesaal jedoch ohne jegliche Vorwarnung geschlossen. Um 11:05 fragte ich höflich, ob ich wenigstens noch eine Tasse Tee bekommen könnte. Statt Verständnis erhielt ich eine schroffe Antwort: „Nein. Geschlossen.“

Besonders unangenehm wirkt dies angesichts des Preises von 20 Euro pro Person – für dieses Land ein recht hoher Betrag. Bei einem solchen Preis erwartet man nicht nur eine gute Auswahl, sondern auch einen respektvollen Umgang mit den Gästen.

Ich verstehe, dass es feste Zeiten für das Frühstück gibt. Aber wir sind nicht nach Schluss gekommen – wir haben um 10:30 begonnen, als der Saal noch geöffnet war. Daher erscheint eine so kategorische Ablehnung selbst bei einer so kleinen Bitte wie einer Tasse Tee fünf Minuten nach 11:00 völlig unangemessen und hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck vom Service.

Прекрасный отель⭐️👌
Pros:

Отличное расположение, 10 мин пешком до центра. Прекрасный отель 4 звёзды которому спокойно можно вручить пятую⭐️ Чисто, комфортно, качественно. Кристине на ресепшн очень милая и приятная девушка, помогала нам во всех вопросах. Удобный матрас и подушки, чистое белье. Мы заселились в отель в 4 утра, в номере нас ждала армянская выпечка( печенье) очень вкусно было и очень приятно . С великим удовольствием вернулась бы вновь.

Cons:

Полотенца чистые но уже очень старые и нуждаются в обновлении. Больше придраться не к чему . Всё великолепно
