Pros:

It was nice after all, great people from the Lobby all the way to the breakfast area.
The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

They only got hard pillows..if they got the soft ones it would be better.

Hotel di stampo europeo, recente, pulito e con staff cordiale. Stanze spaziose e ben attrezzate. Buona posizione a pochi passi dalla Old Tbilisi e dalla piazza della Libertà. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Colazione un po’ carente dal punto di vista dolce, ma come consuetudine del luogo.

Очень отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен, со всеми просьбами помогали. У нас было раннее заселение и в первый день заезда опоздали на завтрак, но нам предоставили завтрак в номер, очень качественный и полноценный. Вид из окон на тихую улочку. Расположение кроватей в двухместном номере шикарное, т.к. они находят на большом расстояние друг от друга, что очень удобно. Расположение мебели в номере очень комфортабельное. Уборка каждый день. Матрасы, постельное белье и полотенца хорошего качества.

We had an amazing stay at Graf Hotel! We traveled as a family of five (my wife, our three children, and me) and stayed in three rooms. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is modern, stylish, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Tbilisi's Old Town, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops.

A special thank you goes to the incredible hotel staff, especially Lasha. We arrived very late, around midnight, after our flight, and he kindly showed us where we could still find something to eat. Later during our stay, he also recommended an outstanding restaurant in the Old Town that became one of the highlights of our trip. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome.

The breakfast was delicious and of excellent quality, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and very modern.

We highly recommend Graf Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent value for money, outstanding service, and a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!
