Pros:

Good location, modern room, hot & powerful shower with Dove products, water cooler next to the reception. Breakfast included in the rate: decent selection, croissants and French toast kind of stale, most of the food was cold but could be reheated on demand.

Cons:

No proper curtains, no sound insulation, small room

Quiet, spotless, and run by people who care.
Pros:

Graf Hotel is in a perfect location—close to everything, but tucked away on a quiet side street, so you can actually sleep at night. I'm a light sleeper, and I slept like a baby.

The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are incredibly clean.

Two people stood out. Nika at reception is a great conversationalist and genuinely friendly. And Lasha, the bellhop, is incredibly professional—always smiling, shook my hand every time I came back to welcome me, and gave great restaurant recommendations. He knows the neighborhood inside out, including the history of Georgia.

Only stayed one night, but I'd come back without hesitation.

Eşim ile beraber 3 gece konakladık ve her açıdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel çok merkezi bir konumda, temiz, konforlu ve huzurluydu. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
