Pros:

A comodidade do hotel era boa. A limpeza também era de boa qualidade. O atendimento apresentava simpatia e eficiência. Os quartos apresentavam bom tamanho.

Cons:

O bairro era bem ruim, a distância do centro era grande, o café da manhã tinha poucas opções e o Wi‑Fi era mediano.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du Manager et de son équipe dont l'amabilité et la compétence nous ont accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. La situation centrale, la propreté et le confort de l'hôtel.
Le service hôtelier est également à souligner de par la qualité de la nourriture et du service soigné.

He gaudit molt de la meva estada a Hayes Hotel.
L’hotel està molt ben cuidat, les habitacions són netes, còmodes i el servei ha estat excel·lent en tot moment. També vull destacar la professionalitat i l’amabilitat de tot el personal, sempre atent i disposat a ajudar.

Vull fer una menció especial al gerent i a l’equip de recepció per la manera com han gestionat un petit problema amb la meva reserva. Per error, se’m va cobrar una penalització a la targeta com si no m’hagués presentat (“no-show”), però ho van revisar ràpidament i ho van solucionar amb molta professionalitat, educació i transparència.

És d’agrair trobar un hotel que, a més de tenir bones instal·lacions, respon així davant qualsevol incidència.
Sens dubte, recomano aquest hotel a qualsevol persona que visiti Addis Abeba i hi tornaria encantat.
