Professional, friendly and very welcoming staff. Always happy to meet requests, thoughtful, and cheerful. The manager and housekeeping team really seem to have a good working culture and this impacts guests positively too. The arrangements in the room, support with getting to and from the airport, day trips advice and linking in with personalised tours, and ability to communicate via text message even when out and about was very much appreciated. We missed our connecting flight to Catania and called the hotel in a panic. The swift response and reassurance of amending the pick up and checking in arrangements were immensely appreciated and saved our holiday. The breakfast was very nice, with a large variety of options and new things to try each day. We felt pampered. Breakfast on the terrace, with iconic buildings in sight, and being able to access the terrace in the evenings was lovely. The room was awesome, and catered to all our needs with a kitchen area, mini fridge, comfy beds, large TVs at the end of each bed with Netflix, and spa facilities with a super savvy shower and hot tub area in the room. The staff kindly arranged for a smaller robe for my younger child so that she could enjoy the full experience too. The team also went out their way to ensure I enjoyed my morning cup of tea as the posh English breakfast teabags were too fragrant for someone who is accustomed to a strong and boring 'builders brew'. The twinnings tea bags they offered me instead were perfect! We were also kindly offered extra water bottles for our day trips as the weather was very hot. These thoughtful gestures mean a lot. The location is perfect, the bus station is across the road, the markets are also around the corner as is the city centre with numerous historical buildings and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay.

Perfekte zentrale Lage direkt an der Altstadt. Design der Suiten, die direkt in die alte Stadtmauer integriert sind.

The place is beautiful, centrally located with friendly staff. It was the perfect place for our family gathering.

Wir reisten am Sonntag an und hatten unseren Aufenthalt bis zum darauffolgenden Sonntag. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen, wodurch man sich direkt willkommen fühlte.

Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass unser Zimmer extra bereits für 13 Uhr vorbereitet wurde, da wir eine frühe Anreise hatten. Dieser Service war für uns wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und zeigte sofort die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Hotels.

Das Zimmer selbst war makellos sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir vom Whirlpool sowie der begehbaren Dusche mit integrierter Hammam-Sauna, was den Aufenthalt sehr entspannend machte. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich gemütlich – für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei Hotelaufenthalten – und wir konnten jede Nacht hervorragend schlafen.

Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und hygienisch, zusätzlich gab es Hygienesiegel, was einen sehr professionellen Eindruck hinterließ.

Morgens wurde Frühstück im Haus angeboten, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm machte. Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Egal bei welcher Frage oder Bitte, man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln unterstützt.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir können es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Early check in, late check out. Přijemný personál, velký a krásný pokoj. Místo hned u centra a u zastávky autobusu na letiště. Komunikace personálu... Výřivka se velmi líbila dětem :D

Overall great location near the main walking street, although not very close to beach or water access (just the very busy marina/shipyards). Rooms were very spacious with nice amenities and beautiful jacuzzi tub right in room (in addition to shower etc). Staff was friendly and cared about making our stay pleasant.
