Perfekter Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlichem Komfort
Pros:

Wir reisten am Sonntag an und hatten unseren Aufenthalt bis zum darauffolgenden Sonntag. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen, wodurch man sich direkt willkommen fühlte.

Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass unser Zimmer extra bereits für 13 Uhr vorbereitet wurde, da wir eine frühe Anreise hatten. Dieser Service war für uns wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und zeigte sofort die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Hotels.

Das Zimmer selbst war makellos sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir vom Whirlpool sowie der begehbaren Dusche mit integrierter Hammam-Sauna, was den Aufenthalt sehr entspannend machte. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich gemütlich – für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei Hotelaufenthalten – und wir konnten jede Nacht hervorragend schlafen.

Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und hygienisch, zusätzlich gab es Hygienesiegel, was einen sehr professionellen Eindruck hinterließ.

Morgens wurde Frühstück im Haus angeboten, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm machte. Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Egal bei welcher Frage oder Bitte, man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln unterstützt.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir können es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts konnten wir keinerlei negative Punkte feststellen. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch der Service entsprachen vollkommen unseren Erwartungen und in vielen Bereichen wurden diese sogar übertroffen. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und das Personal jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkte deutlich, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.

Pros:

Early check in, late check out. Přijemný personál, velký a krásný pokoj. Místo hned u centra a u zastávky autobusu na letiště. Komunikace personálu... Výřivka se velmi líbila dětem :D

Cons:

Pokud něco musím napsat, tak možná snídaně. Uvítal bych míchana vajíčka. Kařdopádně i tak byla dostačující

Pros:

Overall great location near the main walking street, although not very close to beach or water access (just the very busy marina/shipyards). Rooms were very spacious with nice amenities and beautiful jacuzzi tub right in room (in addition to shower etc). Staff was friendly and cared about making our stay pleasant.

Cons:

Two major concerns. One, this is a not by any standards a "5 Star Hotel", just by the lack of service. They were nice and attentive, but do not expect 5 Star Hotel service since there is 1 person on call during the evenings but really only for major issues. The dining room is very minimal and the courtyard is not nearly as spacious as the pictures make it look. Also, the room description is a bit misleading. Booking made it seem like it came with 3 beds but 2 of 3 were only by special request. When we arrived at 7pm, the on call evening person was unable to make any changes to this and we had to share the one bed in the room. The owner the next morning was very nice and explained the situation/offered to make up the beds differently (as two twins), but this was still odd and recommend looking carefully at the booking details.

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful small hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a prime location to visit the sites of Catania . Rooms large and comfortable . Breakfast a good collection of pastries , meats and cheeses . All the staff were lovely and welcoming , especially Celso who was there to greet us on our arrival and assist with our luggage . We saw him every morning during our stay and he ensured we were happy with everything and also gave us restaurant recommendations . Thank you !

Pros:

Lage, allerdings etwas laut, das alte Gebäude, das Essen im dazugehörenden Restaurant war gut und das Service sehr freundlich 😃

Cons:

Preis Leistung passt hier nicht, leider hat es in der Suite 8 auch gemodert, die Einrichtung in dem Zimmer ist nicht besonders durchdacht, zum Frühstück wurde uns hartes Brot serviert, konnten wir gar nicht schneiden, mein Mann fragte ob es ev ein frisches Brot gibt, die Antwort war das Brot kommt frisch vom Bäcker..... schade 🙁
