Le logement est très bien situé
The location is great and the bed was comfy.
There were some small issues that the property needs to fix to make the experience much better.
There were some issues with the beds sheets not matching the size of the bed, so it was a bit annoying that it was moving.
The bathroom mirror lights were not working and the AC was a bit noisy and throwing some ice pellets, maybe it needs some maintenance.
Also, the bedroom was by the entrance so it was a bit noisy and the window blind still allowed a lot of light to come in the bedroom. A blackout curtain is necessary there.
When we arrived a few teenagers had gotten into the room. They had destroyed the room. Water everywhere, TV almost off the wall. We called the property and to their credit they agreed to refund us fully. This is not a traditional hotel. There is no reception or amenities. The neighborhood is central but sketchy. You can see the photos below.
Excellent location just next Berri Uqam station. few minutes walking to downtown as will to Plateau Mont-Royal. The room was so clean bed so confortable and the mini kitchenette is a plus with the coffee machine. The best about the room the shower extremely clean lots of towels and toilet papers and even shampoo and gel douche. the self checkin was so easy with the codes given before arrival. Highly recommended.

La saleté. Il y avait des restes de nourriture dans le fauteuil. Aucune table pour poser ses affaires. Clim impossible à régler

Not much the location is good in a construction zone though and street parking is weird
Walls weren’t clean, smelled moldy, a little dingy, and smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived
Le logement pris pour 2 est petit mais super fonctionnel. Il est bien pensé, le matelas et les coussins sont confortables, on s’y sent vraiment bien.
Très bien insonorisé. Il est proche du métro (2 min à pied) plein de restaurant tout autour, il y a du choix.

Le ménage n'était pas top surtout dans le frigo, le fait d'être en sous-sol aussi, l'aération de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas non plus
Great central location, within walking distance of many places and very close to the subway. The bathroom was clean
there was nowhere to hang towels and no spare trash bags provided. I was also not fully convinced about the cleanliness of the bedding, as the duvet appeared stained.
