Hotelzimmer sind eher kleine Appartments. Ansonsten ganz gut wenn wenig windig.
Pros:

Wir sind mit falschen Annahmen hingefahren, aber die kleinen Appartment-Zimmer waren ganz ok.
Wir dachten wir hätten wirklich ein Frühstück dabei und Liegen beim Hotel mitgebucht, dem war aber nicht so.

Die Zimmer sind schön groß und wenn man, wie wir, eines der Zimmer mit Dachterasse hat, dann hat man eine Galerie, erreichbar über eine Treppe, wo oben ein riesiges Bett steht. Von der Galerie überblickt man den unteren Stock. Das war schon sehr geil und fancy.
Die Terasse war riesig und mit allem ausgestattet was so nötig ist. Außerdem hat man einen himmlischen Bilck auf die Plakias-Bucht und den Strand von der Terasse aus.

Der untere Stock hat dann das Bad, eine kleine Küche, Kästen, weitere 2 Betten, eine Couch, TV und ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool.
Das Bad war ok. Alles da was man braucht. Allerdings alles so verglast, dass man sich beim Duschen zusehen kann. Also würde ich es für Freundesgruppen eher nicht empfehlen. Außerdem ist die Tür aus Glas und oben und unten viel Platz um Geräusche durchzuhören.
Die kleine Küche war ganz praktisch, weil man Frühstück extra bezahlen muss (2026/09 waren es 12€ pro Tag und Person).
Wir, ein Pärchen, haben einfach die Koffer auf den Betten ausgebreitet. Das war praktisch.
Der Pool-Bereich war sehr praktisch, weil es bei uns extrem windig war und der Pool recht gut windgeschützt war.
ACHTUNG: Plakias ist sehr windig, also empfehle ich auf sowas wirklich zu achten.

Parkmöglichkeiten sind super und direkt daneben ist der Strand von Plakias (zw. 10-25€ 2 Liegen mit Schirm pro Tag).
Die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge, die ich je gesehen habe. Die Farbe so rot wie sonst was.

Cons:

Alles in allem hat es hotelseitig schon gepasst.
Leider hatten wir fast ausschließlich so starken Wind, dass sich der Sand am Strand wie ein Sandstrahler angefühlt hat.
Somit mussten wir zu unseren Faulenzerzeiten zum Pool des Hotels legen, der gut windgeschützt war. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Aber leider hat das Hotel irgendwelche Baumängel, denn wenn Wind geht, hört es sich an, als wäre man in einer Pan-Flöte gefangen. Die Geräusch-Kulisse Nachts hat mir wirklich den Schlaf geraubt. Das war echt nicht gut. Leider haben wir bis zuletzt nicht herausgefunden, was das eigentliche Problem ist. Manchmal wurde es besser, wenn man die Klimaanlage stärker geschalten hat, manchmal wiederum nicht.

Man darf nicht einen super Service erwarten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass eine Familie einfach ein Gebäude hingestellt hat und sich jetzt auch selbst drum kümmert.

Frühstück war ok, aber nicht super.

Strand ist NICHT dabei. Den muss man selbst zahlen.

Der Wind hat unseren Aufenthalt bei Nerea großteils verhunzt. Auch wenn das Hotel nichts dafür kann, hat das Hotel selbst dennoch einige bauliche Probleme, die das ganze Thema nicht besser machen.

Excellent hotel that gets nearly everything right but not the best if the weather is not favorable
Pros:

Been here 3 times now. Mostly all good. Didn't try the breakfast as there is a bakery 10 mins walk away. Rooms are spacious, easy access to the best beach areas and far away enough from the center of town to be quiet but still walkable in the evenings.

Cons:

Being a small boutique hotel, there isn't much of a vibe at the pool. Of course the beach here is main draw but 3 out of my 4 days here this year, the beach was essentially closed due to winds which must have been close to hurricane force on one day. So that is a bit of a limitation. Another small irritant was that I was traveling solo but still paying full price for the room. But they took the extra towels out leaving me with just a single hand towel and bath towel.

Wonderful rooms and a great location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the rooms were newly renovated, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
