Hotel mitten im Zentrum, freundlich und gut.

Zentrumsnah, Freundlichkeit, Service.

Cons:

Mit Fahrzeug schlecht zu erreichen.
Sehr hohe Parkgebühr. Fahrzeug muss übergeben werden.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, surprising bedroom decoration (in a good way) and super clean, bed is comfortable.
Pros:

Super central… a few minutes from amazing gelateria VIVOLI!!! Comfortable bedding

Cons:

The pool management is a bit constraining ( time reservation)

Perfect location with great facilities! We loved our stay!
Pros:

Loved the location! Very central and accessible to all the major museums and restaurants. The vibes were perfect for the location with cool paintings throughout the hotel. Breakfast was superb, very yummy.

Cons:

The bedroom furniture was very sparse, with a large extra room with only a sofa in, this didn’t effect our stay but would have appreciated a little more attention to detail seeing as the rest of the decoration was lovely.

Perfect location and great hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect, very close to attractions, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and the pool was great at the end of a day sightseeing. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented.

A little gem in the heart of Florence
Pros:

This hotel was situated right within a short walking distance to the cathedral, squares, shopping, duomo and galleries but the street was quiet and less crowded. The junior suite was fantastic with two bedrooms, bathroom, living and balcony, all modern and clean. Air con and Wifi worked, there is a modern lift and we used the pool facilities as well. The breakfast was a good continental which was appreciated each day. The stand out was the staff and the service - so friendly, so welcoming and helpful! If we make it back to Florence I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and the room very spacious and quiet. I was travelling solo but it would have been a comfortable space for 2 people. The staff were so helpful and extremely friendly and I truly appreciated the warm welcome and assistance - especially fitting me into a slot at the spa last minute. I liked the location which is close to the city centre but still quiet.

Cons:

There was a strong cologne smell in the hotel communal areas and as someone with a sensitive nose I found it overwhelming.

Ich habe die Lage des Hotels sehr geschätzt. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem großen bequemen Bett und schalldichtem Fenster. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich, sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit!
