Pros:

We really enjoyed our rooms. They were quite spacious. It was great and everything what we needed. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice swimming pool as well. We had some great recommendations from them. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you very much.

Da localização, do quarto.e dos funcionários, incluindo a responsável pelo pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Relativamente ao pequeno almoço não repunham o que ia acabando e tomavamos o pequeno almoço às 9:30.

Excelente localização, no coração das atrações de Florença e perto da estação de trem.
A equipe do hotel é muito profissional e o atendimento é muito particular.
As instalações são muito boas e a piscina aquecida e sauna ajudam a relaxar no final do dia.

Pros:

Our greeting by Rosalina on the evening of our arrival was wonderful and set the tone for a brilliant stay in a central location where the staff could not do enough for us.

Cons:

The terrace smelt a bit drainy would benefit from growing jasmine like many of the other balconies

Pros:

Hotel de 3 estrellas. Seguramente solo tiene 3 por no tener restaurante y, al estar en un antiguo palacio, tiene ciertas barreras de acceso para minusvalidos. Por lo demás, genial. Buen servicio, desayuno (sin gluten) excelente, piscina y muy buena ubicación.

Pros:

Wir waren mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter unterwegs und es war mit Absprache des Hotels auch kein Problem mit ihr gemeinsam den Pool zu besuchen.
Weiters war das Personal wunderbar, besonders das Frühstückspersonal war zuckersüß. Beim Frühstück gab es auch täglich Abwechslung, wie Minipizzas, belegte Paninis, etc.
Uns hat auch sehr gut gefallen, dass man sich rund um die Uhr gefiltertes Trinkwasser im Frühstücksraum holen konnte.

Just exceptional!!
Pros:

Exceptional hotel and so central!! Amazingly friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, small sauna and pool such a bonus and great only 6 people at a time. The room was superb and clean with a sofa, fridge, kettle everything we needed. Can’t believe we found this gem!!!!

Nothing it was a perfect stay!!!

Fantastic service and great location.
Pros:

Prime location, spacious rooms, above and beyond guest service. There was a minor issue and the manager called us personally to resolve it. Staff sent chocolates to our room. They were amazing. Pool and Sauga is fantastic.

Cons:

Since I booked a studio with a kitchenette, there was no microwave. There was a stove but no microwave. This is something the hotel can look into.
