Not the best we have stayed in
Cons:

Our room the toilet seat was so loose it wouldn’t stay up.
No plug in the sink as I like to wet shave.
The shower faucet moved and didn’t work properly. Won’t stay again.

Nhân viên dễ thương

Cons:

Diện tích phòng không đúng với mô tả, phòng khoảng 16m2 nhưng mô tả 24m2 dẫn đến chật hẹp hơn suy nghĩ. Từ đó phải đổi phòng lớn hơn và phải bù tiền.

Affordable. Not too far from
Laudrette and 7/11

Cons:

A lot of dust. Water pressure was bad and my bathroom light did not work. Bed was rock hard and bedding was extremely thin.

Worst place I have stayed in my 60 years of traveling around the World.

The actual room was OK

Cons:

Almost everything. I booked 2 months in advance with only 2 requests, a fridge in the room and the TV set up for English not Thai. There was no fridge when I arrived, I asked for one and the desk said it was broken so I asked for another and they brought back the broken fridge costing me 4 meals I had placed inside that were ruined. The TV was set up for Thai not English. The worst was 2 families were staying on my floor and they yelled and screamed and slammed doors and rang doorbells from 4 PM - 10 PM then from 12 AM - 2:30 AM and the hotel staff did nothing. It was a horrible experience and I got zero sleep.

De locatie

Alles. De receptioniste deed eerst erg amicaal en stuurde me direct ongevraagd 90 foto's, maar ze zag er niet professioneel uit en zat zich vervolgens achter de balie al hoestend op te maken. We waren met de nachttrein gekomen en dus erg vroeg, maar er was totaal geen mogelijkheid om eerder in te checken. We konden wachten in de lobby of liggen bij het zwembad. Maar de lobby was vuil alsof er verbouwt werd wat zeker niet het geval was, en er stond nog steeds een nep kerstboom in maart.
Het zwembad zeker niet uitnodigend met veel vuil op de bodem en een ongezellige omgeving naast parkeerterrein wat open staat. Er waren 2 ligbedden die er al lang en ongebruikt bij stonden. (Snap je) Het ontbijt weinig keus en zag eruit of het er al heel lang lag, en er is geen koffiemachine maar oploskoffie, de tafel met zwarte kleden waar alles op stond waren vies. Het keukentje waar we zo in konden kijken was klein en rommelig. 🙁 De kamer was klein, en de badkmr zat vol met kalkaanslag en niet goed schoon. Het beddengoed zaten vlekken in. Een kluisje wat aanwezig hoorde te zijn was er niet en werd vervolgens uit een andere kamer gehaald, maar deze was dicht en kon niet open en bovendien dus zo onder je armen mee te nemen. Hier werd dus ook niets aan gedaan. Dus moesten we steeds alles maar meenemen. Ook een koelkastje hoorde aanwezig te zijn incl waterkoker, deze werden dus ook uit een andere kmr gehaald. We zouden 3 nachten blijven maar zijn na 1 nacht al vertrokken zonder restitutie. 🫤
