I had a great stay at South Gate Hotel Apartment in Addis Ababa. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers a high standard of comfort. الموظفين ممتازين وتعاونهم والموقع جيد لقرب الخدمات

Cons:

يبدأ الاستقبال من الدور الثالث بمصعد والصعود للغرف بمصعد ثاني ، دورة المياه الماء الحار يحتاج الى انتظار 12 دقيقة للنزول ، غرفتي اطلالتها على منور والغرفة بدون مكيف !! واطلالة جزئية على الشارع يدخل هواء بسيط

Stay here if you like to torture yourself.

Nothing to like here. I don’t wish this place upon my worst enemies.

Cons:

So noisy in every room. Should be criminal to have rooms this close to traffic and construction without soundproofing. I stayed in THREE rooms and they were all beyond noisy. Beyond that, the management is a nigtmare. Do not stay here if you value your sanity, let alone a peaceful place to rest. There’s much better value in Addis without the headache of scummy management. This place should be shut down.

The location and staff were super cooperative and friendly.

Cons:

The bed sheets, blankets and bath towels were not that clean and good. I hope the hotel take in consideration this.

Other thing is that the driver did not come on time to pick me up from the airport upon arrival

The bad was not celan and even after cleaning the cotton finber was always dirty with many pigments on it. I have asked the managers to change it and bring clean ones but everytime the bad was changed with not clean fiber.
