Bathroom was a bit small
Kind staff, good food and drinks, clean rooms
I absolutely loved how spacious everything was at the hotel. The gardens, beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all felt open, comfortable, and never crowded. The location was excellent, with a vibrant atmosphere that was both welcoming and relaxing and in the heart of city, which makes night walks around the malls and shops easy and exciting.
What truly made this stay special, however, was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, I was greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and heartfelt smiles. Their hospitality made me feel valued throughout my stay. I was especially touched by the thoughtful packed lunch they prepared for my long journey home—a small gesture that left a lasting impression.
Special thanks to the wonderful teams at Razy Juice Bar, Pasta House, and Blue Horizon, as well as the manager at Pasta House, for their outstanding service and attention to detail.
This was truly an exceptional experience, and I am already looking forward to returning again very soon. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The beach was directly at the hotel
The staff was really rude and didn't explain anything during the checkin/checkout. We were in 3 other different hotels in Egypt and this one stood out because of the bad service.
There are many customers at the hotel, most of them around 60's and the staff doesn't seem bothered at all to help anyone with anything.
Also i got food poisoning from the fruit and cakes of the buffet.

Great grounds, lovely gardens, the layout with different buildings is well thought, and it’s close to the beach. The facilities at the beach as well are great (I believe they are managed by the hotel), with possibility to have lunch at the beach. Good variety of food, with the umali/umm ali being a favourite!
All staff were absolutely great, in particular Tarek and Hany looking after the rooms who were very nice and helpful. Staff at reception are approachable and would try their best to make sure your stay is comfortable, particularly Haliem H who is the person to go to for any requests or concerns.
The entertainment is ok, but what the hotel could do is extend the evening bar time to midnight, allowing guests to relax, or dance and party if they with to for a little longer.
The hotel is quite dated and the updated rooms are not completed at a high decorating standard. I didn’t have hot water in the first room and it did take three days to get moved, but the new room was very good.
This was my first time at the hotel and I’ve been told by guests who have been going there for many years that there were far less boats moored and the impact is quite huge, one day there was a toilet seat and nappy in the water- which I am sure didn’t get there from the people on the beach. Another thing very noticeable was that from about 4/5pm you could smell the boats ‘fuel/oil, a clear sign of pollution - surely the hotel could do something about this!

Food is nice but almost repeated everyday
I have paid for my room for 4 nights, I stay 2 nights and due to family needs my wife came and I needed to stay 3 nights instead of 4 nights.
The hotel asked me to pat 100$ more just to let my wife sleep with me in the same room eventhough I have canceled onenight.
For sure I will not recommend it and will not come again.
