Pros:

A Beautiful Hotel and very clean.
The Manager ( Mohamed Moawad ), Provided excellent assistance for the Booking, to meet our every need .excellent service from him and all his staff , they are a Credit to him .
Many thanks to GM/ Ahmed Qubaisy , you have an amazing hotel ,fantastic staff and provide superb hospitality.
Thanks for a wonderful holiday

Soggiorno perfetto e rilassante, ci tornerei volentieri
Pros:

Struttura bellissima e molto pulita. Il personale è stato super gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Pros:

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the beach was amazing, the bars and food quality was great. Room service was great and the whole place was clean.

Cons:

Activations and Activities was poor, and pool least depth was 140cm which didn’t suit some of our family members, but thankfully, Mr. Mohammed Moawed addressed our concerns right away :)

Thanks again for the gifts and hospitality!
