Its a nice place to spend time and enjoy the beach, food variety was good and plenty of food too. Didn’t like reception

Clean,nice staff and a good variety of food and drinks.

Cons:

Reception staff needs to be nice and more understanding instead of being mean and not try to give enough information about the place or attractions around. The idea that I can’t get a visitor is ridiculous even for a short time without annoying me and my visitors.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel for 10 days in mid-October. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely fruit basket and a tea and coffee selection. The room quality was fine; while there is some room for improvement, we trust this will be addressed over time. Our terrace offered a great view of the parks and the sea. The entire staff—from the cleaners, doormen, and beach attendants to the waiters and bartenders—was incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive. Whenever we had minor issues, the reception provided quick assistance, including helping us access the hotel's on-site medical service when we needed it.

Although the hotel has five specialty restaurants (Italian, Arabic, Mexican, etc.), we were so satisfied with the main Royal Palm Restaurant that we ate all our meals there. The restaurant manager constantly oversaw the staff, ensuring excellent cleanliness and guest care. The waiters politely helped us find tables, and after just a few days, they greeted us as friends and automatically brought our usual drinks. If they saw us struggling to carry two bowls of soup, they instantly rushed to help. The food was exceptional, featuring an endless variety of main courses, sushi, desserts, and a chocolate fountain. Having two types of soup for lunch and dinner was a huge plus for us. Almost every evening featured stunning decorative surprises, such as flowers carved from fruits and vegetables, and at breakfast, a lovely lady expertly cooked eggs to order in four pans at once. Before leaving, we personally thanked Manager Mohasen Hadad, as this outstanding service greatly contributed to our beautiful memories of our stay.

Cons:

The room could have been a little mor modern. But for us it was great. It got everything we needed, AC, fridge, water boiler.
The size was also good for 2 ppl, based on the price.

We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel Hurghada with our family, and honestly, everything exceeded our expectations!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were very clean, the food was good with plenty of choice, and the private beach was simply amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality family time.

A very special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Moawad, the Hotel Director, for his exceptional kindness, humility and welcoming attitude. It is clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience.

We left with beautiful memories and a truly positive impression of the hotel. We would definitely recommend The Grand Hotel Hurghada to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday.

Nothing 👎. Waste of money!.

Cons:

Food👎 is really bad and salty👎. I stay almost 2 weeks and I only eat 2 or 3 times at the hotel. Make sure if you booked this hotel you will spend a lot of money just to eat outside. and quality of food is very low. And front desk or customers service is very bad and unprofessional 👎l!!!! And so confused 🤔👎
