Pros:

Location was nice and the hotel was nice with art and pool

Cons:

The bed was awful!! For what it cost to stay there I expected so much more. Also it wasnt as clean as I would expect. There was a used band aid in one of the beds.

Pros:

The stay was nice. The room was nice. The atmosphere of essentially staying in an art museum was amazing and the staff were amazing as well.

Cons:

The room was a bit shallow. We had to squeeze to get pass the tv and the bed because they were so close together. So much so, that a guest hit their shoulder on the tv.

Pros:

Location, facilities are exceptional

Cons:

The staff were pretty short/rude. It was a hot evening when we checked in. I asked if the AC was working as a joke & the hostess checking us in muttered “it was about only thing that worked in this place”.

Not a great first impression.

Well appointed mess,
Pros:

The maintenance guy was really friendly and apologetic about the various issues we encountered. Nicely appointed.

Cons:

We encountered multiple problems upon a late check in and trying to get to sleep and get our kids to bed - one room didn't have working AC (took half an hour to relocate us because they wanted to reset the AC to see if they could power it back up), kids room had a nightlight that couldn't turn off, half an hour later they covered it with electrical tape per my suggestion, floss sticks on ground from previous guest, a single bath towel for one of the rooms, no body wash (container removed), two pillows that were not in cases with feathers coming out and the other full of lumps. It took multiple check-ins to get resolution and the front desk staff was impatient and unapologetic.
