Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas

Cons:

El servicio de resguarde restaurante poco variedad y es segunda vez que voy al pedir ensaladas nunca tienen, solo venden carbohidratos cosa que no puedo comer pero ensaladas. Única hay, eso me complica porque el salir a comer me queda tras mano.

Excelente que tenga acceso al Mall.
Hermosa vista!! Lástima q no se pueda abrir la ventanita que tiene. Los vidrios estaban sucios del lado de afuera y eso perjudica una visión tan bella. Sacando eso; excelente!! Muy limpio y cómodo

Comoda para ir de shopping

La cama comoda, el sauna confortable. Ubicacion ideal si vas de shopping.

Cons:

Le falta bastante para ser 4 estrellas, frigobar vacio, no tienen room sevice, la comida del desayuno / bar no es de buena calidad. La habitacion con balcon no tiene ni una silla para disfrutarlo, no vale la pena pagar mas. Ojo, fijate que sellen delante tuyo los dolares que dejas en garantia o que escriban la numeracion, para evitar malos entendidos.
