Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The parking is located in Mall Paseo Costanera, the hours of operation are from 07:00hrs to 20:30hrs, outside these hours should contact the hotel reception.

La limpieza de las habitaciones, la calidad del confort, la vista, y que haya para planchar

Cons:

El unico punto a mejorar es la calidad de los alimentos tanto al almuerzo como a la once ya que se nota que muchos de ellos son prefabricados, o almenos dan la impresion de que son comprados en el supermercado. En otros hoteles más sencillos, se destaca mucho por sobre este aspecto ya que la cocinería es bastante accesible en cuanto a precio, y la calidad de los alimentos es bastante buena.
