Our flight got delayed and I send them a message asking if my room will still be available and it was ,they even give us a quiet room because of our long stay which was so nice .soupy the front desk attendant was so kind and very helpful, never hesitated whenever we ask for help. I highly recommend this hotel ,this is my second time staying here and I will definitely be back next year xoxo

The hotel is centrally located and close to a lot of the palaces, museums and many restaurants. It’s also close to public transportation (buses, subway, and airport bus). The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt very welcome!

また、観光や散歩するにはとってもいいエリアです。
フロントで日本語がお話し出来る方がいるので、安心でした。
シャワー室とトイレが同室のために、シャワー使用すると全てびしゃびしゃになるので
シャワー使用後は便座の拭き掃除必須です。

Great location great staff. So helpfull
Very convenient hotel! There’s a lot to do around, close to convenient stores, a few minutes away from the train station, easy access by uber and an absolutely amazing staff! The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. They also speak very well in English which made it easier to communicate. I only stayed for a few days but would’ve definitely stayed longer!
