The Garden Hotel is a quaint, clean, comfortable and safe stay in a great location in Seoul city.
Pros:

The staff were great as they also had some ability to understand and speak English. Mr. Hwang came to connect and show us how to put on the TV and make sure we were comfortable.
The Manager assisted us with- what type of towels we wanted to use, if we wanted more and where to put the soiled ones, directions to restaurants & Cu/7 Eleven stores, supplied Seoul maps and assisted with contacting taxi's. We felt safe.

Cons:

On our return for one night 14th June, our room changed to the 4th floor 402, there was a smell from the bathroom shower drain pipe which I think comes from the sewer system. We closed the bathroom door as we were only there to leave the next day, but this has to be fixed by owners of building.

В целом всё понравилось, особенно расположение отеля
Pros:

Отель близко расположен к метро. Много магазинов рядом, которые работают круглосуточно. Недалеко центр города. Удобное расположение к достопримечательностям. В округе 4 дворца, башня Намсан и музеи

Cons:

Слишком компактная комната для двоих. Мало розеток и у них неудобное расположение в номере

Pros:

The hotel was perfect location, very close to everything. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Nothing bad at all.

Cons:

Nothing bad to stay at all. The rooms are slightly small but that really wasn’t an issue at all. There was a smell in our bathroom but the staff came and sorted this as soon as we let them know.
