Definetly a great place to stay
Pros:

The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly especially Mr Choi very helpful,professional, and always willing to help. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated their kindness and assistance. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Hotel confortable, bien situé. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Je recommande.
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et la literie est très confortable.
Nous sommes restés une semaine et la lessive nous a été offerte, ce qui est très appréciable.
Les 2 lignes de métro à proximité permettent de rejoindre très facilement les différents coins de Séoul.
Pleins de petits restaurants sympas à 2 pas.

Cons:

Petite fuite d’eau à la fenêtre lors des fortes pluies.
Dommage que la salle commune soit fermée le matin, un petit café avant de partir pour la journée aurait été agréable.

Excelente hotel. El recepcionista fue muy amable y atento, e incluso nos guardó las maletas durante dos horas después del check-out. La ubicación es perfecta, con cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca. La habitación era cómoda y limpia. Sin duda, lo recomiendo por su excelente servicio y ubicación.

Location location and location
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely an amazing experience especially the staff and front desk were exceptionally always welcoming and knid. In fact I had stayed a few days last year too. They treated their guests with such a pleasure.
The hotel location itself is another level of it. Its so perfect for coming from Airport or shopping or eating.

Cons:

The noise at night from Air-conditioning which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep, but it was good value for money other than that everything was perfect and superb.
