Very comfy bed and in a great location
Unfortunately as we were on a high floor you could hear the loud music from the rooftop bar.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. My room was superb. The bed was the best I have slept in on my travels around Vietnam...the pillows felt so luxurious.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel staffs were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our needs. The room was very clean which we appreciated. The hardwares of the hotel was also great: they had Dyson hair dryers and LG TVs. We thought the bed was also very comfortable.
Breakfast is served buffet style on their sky terrace with fresh fruits and salad, along with other breakfast buffet choices that you would expect to see at a hotel. We could also order eggs in any style or pho, soup, noodles. The choices were plenty and quality was fresh.
Location of the hotel was super convenient - 10 minutes or so walk to the Independence Palace and War Remnant Museum. 200 meters from Ben Thanh market.
If I really have to nitpick, breakfast location could get a little busy and crowded in the morning when it’s packed, but honestly this was not a problem. Overall the hotel was great and I would come back if I visit Ho Chi Minh again!

The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond to provide great advice and service. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the team made it so special, which was truly appreciated and made our stay even more memorable.
I am gluten free, I was so impressed with the staff understanding and breakfast selection, with plenty of delicious options available. Dinner at Cloud Nine was also exceptional. We also had a 90 minute massage at the spa which was one of the best massages we had in Vietnam during our stay.
We loved everything about our stay, would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for such a memorable experience!

The hotel was totally 5 star , fantastic ... great location and the facilities .. Sky bar , pool ... were amazing .... the breakfast was an absolute dining experiance ... Tremendous !

Honestly nothing, food/drinks were expensive but to be expected for a 5 star hotel, which it really is! Room was a little small but again for the location this didn't bother us.
