No where near the mark
Pros:

The room was spacious and the sit out was nice too

Cons:

The room did not have a refrigerator, no laundry services, no tea bags (only green tea was available), out of courtesy the kitchen staff provided a few tea bags, room service staff could barely speak Hindi or English, room cleaning staff did not have a checklist of basics to be replenished like stirrer, sugar, body lotion etc.

It seemed that the rates were hiked up (doubled) due to shortage of good hotels in the area.

Pros:

The room was comfortable, neat, and tidy. The breakfast was good, and overall the hotel offers great value for money. It’s a good choice for executive short stays as well as for families. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was poor and frequently disconnected, requiring repeated reconnection. This needs improvement.

Great location and good staff
Pros:

1) Covered car parking was not provided, maybe due to limited parking space
2) the next day we were leaving at 4am, hot water is not provisioned at such early hour, maybe due to centralised hot water system
3) excellent location close to katpadi railway station
4) Clean, tidy and very good staff interaction
