VR Tulum - Great beach resort
Pros:

Right on the beach - wonderful resort! Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only a few minutes from town, cenotes, ruins. We enjoyed our stay, and wish we had more time at the resort.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Creo que es importante decir que el olor a sargazo en temporada de esta alga es INSOPORTABLE: se pasa en las habitaciones, sector de restaurante, todo... entiendo es un problema que no va en la gestion del hotel pero es importante considerar si se va a ir en estas fechas. Tambien agregar que esta muy lejos de todo, entonces es imposible movilizarse por tu cuenta a menos que arriendes un auto o vayas en taxi. Por otro lado algunas cosas que el hotel si podría mejorar: la primera noche encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación, dimos aviso a recepción y nos dijeron que por la hora (tipo 21 hrs) no había personal del aseo por ende no nos podían brindar ayuda (o algun insecticida) hasta el día siguiente. Efectivamente a la mañana nos fumigaron la pieza pero considero que son cosas que deben hacer con anticipación a la llegada de los huespedes. Otro punto es que contratamos un tour en el hotel (con una empresa externa que opera dentro del hotel), demoramos 5 minutos en llegar a la recepción ya que salía muy temprano (efectivamente es nuestra culpa) y nos habían dejado un papel en recepción avisando que se iban. Mi queja va en esto: esperamos casi 20 minutos frente al recepcionista antes de preguntarle si ya habían venido para que nos dijera que efectivamente se habían ido y lo otro es que cuando le pregunte por qué no nos habían llamado la habitación (entiendo que nos demoramos 5 minutos... pero he tomado muchisimos tours y los hoteles SIEMPRE te llaman para decir: hola llego su taxi, hola llego su tour, hola x cosa, considero que es lo normal) y el chico nos comentó que no tenían PERMITIDO avisar nada a las habitaciones... esta ultima medida se me hace MUY EXTRAÑA y creo podría mejorar. De todas formas pudimos solucionar todo con la agencia de viajes.

Hotel tranquilo y cómodo a pie de playa
Pros:

Nos gustó que el hotel no fuera enorme, preferimos hoteles pequeños o medianos. La ubicación, en la misma playa aunque lamentablemente en nuestra estadía tenía mucho sargazo. El desayuno completo y variado. El resto de comidas no las hicimos en el hotel por lo que no podemos opinar. Muy cerca del hotel, incluso andando, hay un cenote muy apetecible que al parecer comunica con el mar, se puede nadar y también bucear. En el hotel había tres piscinas no muy grandes, pero bastante vacías, el hotel no nos pareció lleno. En resumen, muy cómodo, repetiría en el mismo hotel.

Cons:

No nos gustó pagar el hotel a través de un enlace. No entendemos como un hotel no puede cobrar todo el importe a la llegada o de forma anticipada a través de Booking. Sí se paga en recepción las tasas. Utilizar un enlace para haer un pago da inseguridad

Todo excelente. Habitación cómoda con vistas al mar, bello jardín, ubicación paradisíaca. El personal es muy amable. Hay tres piscinas y una jacuzzi. Muy buen desayuno. Parking gratis.

Cons:

Las playas en la Riviera Maya están tomadas por el sargazo.

Schöne Anlage in Tulum
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal beginnend vom Hotelmanager bis zur Rezeption, die Kellner und die Reinigungskräfte. Wir konnten problemlos das Zimmer wechseln und hatten am Zimmer eine Überraschung aus Obst und Sekt anlässlich unserer Honeymoon-Reise. Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 5 jours, et honnêtement, ce séjour est passé beaucoup trop vite tant nous nous y sommes sentis bien.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante de l’établissement. L’accueil a été particulièrement agréable et nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un cocktail de bienvenue, qui était d’ailleurs délicieux.

Notre chambre était superbe : spacieuse, lumineuse et d’une propreté irréprochable, tout comme l’ensemble des installations de l’hôtel. Nous avions la chance de bénéficier d’une vue imprenable sur la plage. Se réveiller chaque matin face à ce paysage et s’endormir avec le bruit des vagues a été un véritable privilège. Pouvoir accéder à la plage en seulement quelques pas a rendu l’expérience encore plus exceptionnelle.

Les différentes piscines de l’établissement étaient également parfaitement entretenues, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

Concernant les activités proposées, nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de toutes les découvrir tant elles étaient nombreuses. Nous avons cependant participé aux séances d’aquagym, qui étaient à la fois dynamiques, conviviales et très divertissantes. Ce fut un réel plaisir de partager ce moment avec les autres vacanciers dans une ambiance aussi agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner mérite également une mention particulière. Le personnel s’est montré exemplaire tout au long du séjour : attentif, disponible et soucieux de notre confort. Les équipes veillaient constamment à ce que nous ne manquions de rien et débarrassaient rapidement les tables lorsque cela était nécessaire. Quant au buffet, il était particulièrement varié et généreux. Tout était délicieux et nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin.

Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation pour la qualité de ses prestations, de son accueil et de ses infrastructures.
