The hotel is a renovated house preserving the essence of the house therefore THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, being located in the heart of Alaior, THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE PARKING AND YOU HAVE TO WALK ABOUT 10 MINUTES FROM THE PUBLIC PARKING TO THE HOTEL (OLD TOWN), therefore if you are looking for a hotel with private parking or very close I recommend not booking with us. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and the hotel is very well located in the heart of Alaior. The staff were great and very helpful, especially when it came to finding a place to park, as the hotel cannot be accessed directly by car. I also really appreciated that they prepared a breakfast box for me on my last day, as I had to leave early to catch my flight. I will definitely come back, as my stay was quite short and I didn’t have the chance to explore Alaior as much as I would have liked.

First of all the boutique hotel is beautiful, nested in the charming little village of Alaior. The room is spacious and decorated with love and care, the bed was very comfortable and there were a lot of amenities including sun ombrella, beach towels, beach mats, cooling box, beach bag and reusable water bottles that could be used freely during the stay. We had a beautiful terrace unique to our room where we could enjoy an aperitif. Water bottle was given and refilled each day. Street parking is available in the village, 5min away walking from the hotel which is in a pedestrian zone.
What made the stay outstanding was Vladimir. He greeted us at check in with a smile and kindness, gave a lot of tips and was always there if needed, even for a small talk and asking how the day went. He prepared the delicious breakfast himself with homemade cakes, cookies, tortilla de patata and coffe. He made all with love and made the stay incredible! Can’t recommend enough :)

The owner of the hotel, Vladimir, was one of the best parts of our stay. He was extremely kind and went above and beyond to wake up early and serve us breakfast before our early check out and remembered our coffee orders. He was very accommodating and gave us fabulous recommendations for nearby beaches and places to eat.
The hotel itself was also very clean and beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. Also provided everything we needed for our days at the beach. Overall a very comfortable experience in a beautiful location.

Céntrico, piensan en todos los detalles (nevera, sombrilla, bolsa de playa), el desayuno es fantástico con cosas preparadas por ellos mismos, la cama y las almohadas. Muy bien todo en general.

Quiet and friendly hotel, in a quiet and friendly town. Lovely clean rooms, comfy beds and very good breakfast on offer. Had a great stay and would return. Highly recomended.
Perfect stay. Beautiful, very well maintained and furnished historic house in the centre of Alaior, a small town most tourists pass by, but lively nonetheless, and very friendly. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and linen, espresso machine and kettle for tea, bathroom with spacious modern shower. They are well soundproofed, will little disturbance anyway from the quiet pedestrian street. Impeccable cleaning is done every day. The hotel management is very efficient and provides advice on Alaior and the rest of the island.
We had a very lovely stay and would reccomend the hotel to anyone visiting Menorca. The owners are both so sweet, welcoming and always helpful. The breakfast was so delicious wirh handmade regional dishes every day. It is located in a small city but you can reach all the beaches in around 20-30 minutes, so it was perfect to get around with our rental car.
