Pros:

I like the room overall, but I was a little disappointed with this stay. I had requested a room on the 7th floor in advance, but was assigned a room on the 11th floor instead.

The room cleanliness could also be improved, as there was dust on the floor and I noticed stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. During my previous stay on the 7th floor, everything was much better, so this experience was quite different.

Cons:

I didn't sleep well due to noises from lizards throughout the night, and I found several lizard droppings on the floor, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness and pest control measures.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The room was very dirty, with insects present, stains on the bedding and walls, and a bathroom that was not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the property was far below what we expected. There was also an unpleasant smell in the breakfast area.

The photos on the booking site are very different from reality. The pool area appears modern and well maintained in the pictures, but in reality it is worn down and poorly maintained. We felt that the advertising was misleading.

In our opinion, this property does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. Based on our experience, it would be closer to a 2-star property. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any positive aspects of our stay.

Breakfast menu is fantastic and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful 👍🏼

Cons:

The location of the air conditioning in the hotel room is not strategic, the air flow is not near the bed. We felt a bit hot . However we enjoyed our stay at Pentacity Hotel.

A Family Hotel.
Pros:

It was fairly modern and adjacent to a new large shopping centre. Suitable for families with children.

Cons:

The rooms are based around large water slides so there is continual screaming. The rooms are very small and only suitable for a one night stay.

The aircon compressor was very noisy. They just put it next to the window. We couldn’t sleep comfortably, it was very annoying.

Pros:

Good access to shopping center. Friendly staffs, breakfast so yummy..definitely worth our money

Cons:

No iron board and iron inside the room . Have to call to borrowed it which estimates time 2 hours.

Cons:

The rooms were too small, infrastructure doesn’t looks safe, and lots of cracked lines outside the building. Extremely hot room, you must run air on 24/7. And the Bed was tiny, even for a double bed.

Good value for money
Pros:

Great location for shopping and felt very safe. Great staff and very accommodating. Good value for money.

A Memorable Excellent Comfortable Stay
Pros:

- Location wise not far from the airport;
- Not far from the shops that we went;
- Same building as the malls (Penacity & E-Walk);
- Feels Calm & Peaceful;
- Late Checked-Out Chargeable for both rooms was entertained.

Cons:

Late checked in to both rooms, as our flight arrives at 06:05am. We waited for 8-9 hours for the rooms.

Anyway I love the place and the food there.
Pros:

The place is very clean and modern. The Super Block put everything in one place. Restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, Swimming pool, Shopping place are all in one area. No need to go out from the area.

Cons:

The bedroom has no drawer and cupboard. Difficult to put things. Have to put all shopping things on the floor.
