The staff have been amazingly supportive.
Danny and Dana our Concierge. Our interactions with
Danny who supported us with the tours and the Myeongdong experience. With such caring personality, he guided us even encouraging us not to skip breakfast which was quite a cute touch in caring for our wellbeing. Yet he felt he could have done more. This is pure passion for the customers wellbeing.
Dana, the very helpful young lady who was always up for the challenge. Nothing was ever too much for her to do for us securing our wedding anniversary dinner together with Danny and finding us dinner spots, even supporting us with downloading the local apps for easier convenience.
William on reception who always greeted us
The lovely young man in the Lounge who gave us tips on what to do, and the sweet young lady who got us packed breakfast for our very early morning DMZ tour trip.
Thank you guys. You have made the Seoul experience AMAZING!
Except for the additinal charge for the main breakfast which didn't affect us much since we didn't get the chance to even have lounge breakfast due to the schedule we created ourselves.
All was fab. Including the room we got.

THATS NOT FOR A 5 STARS HOTEL. BUT ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BUSY STREET AND SHOPPING THE HIGH RATE ARE BASED ON IT LOCATION .
I DIDNT LIKE THE LOBBY ITS A CAFE VERY COMMERCIAL, FOR A 5 STARS HOTEL I THINK YOU NEED TO HAVE A PROPER LOBBY NOT A CAFE . LIKE SOMETIMES I WANTED TO GO SIT JUST SIT DOWN BUT YOU NEED TO BE SEATED AND ORDER . AND BREAKFAST COULD BE MUCH IMPROVED IT WAS VERY LIMITED IN OPTIONS .

שלושה ימים לא היו מים חמים מ 12 בלילה עד הבוקר עקב תקלה. המלון לא טרח להציע פיצוי על כך. מלון ברמה כזו מחויב להציע פיצוי על תקלה שכזו.
