A brilliant hotel - we'll be back
Pros:

I had hoped this hotel would live up to expectations and it did. The hotel is really cool, open areas to chill and free Nespresso coffee and a seamless check in experience. The service was lovely, the rooms spotlessly clean and well designed. The rooms are small, as expected, as is the fashion now in most of these types of hotels. We were very happy to be given a room before check in and check out is 4pm! It's perfectly located and we really liked it a lot. We'll stay here again, next time we are in Seoul,.

Cons:

There are no negatives that I experienced.

Amazing hotel with the best location possible! The rooms are comfortable and clean!
Pros:

The hotel is at the perfect location In Seoul! The stuff is super professional and friendly! The hotel was always clean and the bed was amazing!Also breakfast was really delicious! I will definitely come back!

Cons:

That my trip In Seoul was finished and could not stay more nights in this hotel.

Pros:

Our stay in Seoul was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. It was a 7-night experience for our family of six, and we can confidently say that every moment was flawless.
The property is located in one of the most central and ideal areas of the city, offering easy access to all major attractions, as well as wonderful local markets that provide an authentic taste of Korean daily life.
From the very first moment of our arrival, the staff welcomed us with kindness and warm smiles. Throughout our stay, they were always willing to assist with professionalism and genuine care from reception to the excellent housekeeping service.
A special mention goes to the reception/lounge area, where there was a beautifully designed space for relaxation and entertainment. It featured lovely corners for resting, as well as fun activities for both adults and children, including a large foosball table and retro electronic games.
The restaurant was also a very pleasant surprise: excellent flavors, well-prepared dishes, and truly great value for money options that are definitely worth trying.
Overall, it was a hospitality experience that perfectly combines comfort, location, and high-quality service. We would definitely choose it again!

Right in the heart of the city
Pros:

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of shops, restaurant and must visit attractions.. the staff was accommodating.
