Very lovely stay in Haarlem.
Pros:

Location was great, facilities were great. Appreciated the bag drop of ability as we wanted to be without a suitcase when we arrived so we could see the sights and start the adventure In Haarlem prior to checkin.

Cons:

Only negative is that you can hear other guests above you and entering the building during the night.

Fantastische locatie
Pros:

Heeeeeerlijke locatie, neem wel oordoppen mee als je een lichte slaper bent ivm geluidsoverlast in de nacht van mensen in de stad.

Intercom doet het slecht en mag allemaal vriendelijker. Studio 1 heeft geen raam. Schoonmaken mag beter bij de koffie graag ook melk ipv alleen suiker. En in de ochtend toen ik mijn koffie ging kopen met melk uiteraard schrok ik er lag binnen een zwerver met een zeer onaangename geur

Pros:

Conveniently located, although being on a pedestrian street made it tricky to arrange a private ride and pick up. Spacious comfortable apartment, with comfortable furnishings.

Cons:

Steep, narrow stairs to apartment made it a 2 person job to get large suitcases upstairs.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was goed geregeld. Ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was schoon en van alles voorzien. Kom zeker weer een keer terug.

Great location, chic and comfortable, but steep stairs may be a challenge!
Pros:

This was a great location close to main plaza and walkable with small amount of luggage from train station. The flat was beautifully decorated with street views. Immaculately clean. Nicely stocked kitchen was a bonus.

Cons:

The intercom at the front door was so full of static we could not understand the person speaking to us. We did not get the text/email with check-in directions until after we were in the foyer for 10-15 minutes. Once we got the directions and room number, we were able to get the entrance door code. Warning: the stairs to rooms on upper floors are very steep and narrow. We are relatively fit, but getting just small roll-aboard luggage upstairs was a challenge. Anyone with even slight mobility issues may find it very difficult, and I would advise contacting hotel to ensure lodging on street-level room if available.

Pros:

La clarté et propreté du logement hormis grosse toile de poussière sur plafonnier.

Cons:

Serviette de linge trouée,et accueil pas terrible ,pas reçu le code par mail ou lessage ni numéro de chambre ,nous avons dû téléphoner.

Grande salle de bain

Cons:

Globalement l'appartement était salle, le plancher de la salle de bain et de la douche avaient plein de cheveux, la literie était salle, tachée et déchirée par endroit. Aucune chaise de "salon" et il fallait regarder la télévision dans la partie chambre.
