Pros:

Room was nice (size, comfort, cleanliness).

Cons:

No one was at the desk to greet us. No one answered the phone when I called as we were driving down to update check in time. Breakfast was disappointing in that every trashcan was overflowing, food was slow to refill, staff was observed standing and carrying on private conversations despite it being obvious many were waiting for food and could not throw trash away. Elevate had no air conditioning. Parking was limited.

Just okay.
Pros:

Nice, well maintained and clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I woke up from the little bit of sleep I did get hurting. Power was off when we got back to the hotel after the show so I couldn’t even go to sleep until 3am because I have to use a CPAP machine. Bathroom door had gaps in it and because we were sharing a room with others there wasn’t much privacy there.

Cons:

I only got to stay one night because they charge my card 4 times. The first transaction was successful. The other three wasn’t but they say all transactions were declined. Call my bank and they confirmed the only successful transaction they have so I was demanded to leave and couldn’t stay my second night. Manager needs customer service training

Comfortable facility, friendly staff, breakfast very disappointing.
Pros:

Location - convenience to WakeMed Soccer Park.
Convenient parking for Veterans.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was poor, insufficient supply of food, the food that was supposed to be warm was cold. This was true both days of our stay. Our worst breakfast experience in many years, certainly not up to the standard of the rest of the facility.

Pros:

The property itself was absolutely beautiful.

Cons:

That they had some kind of issue with the toaster that caused the alarms to go off, us to evacuate, a little before 10 and the fire department coming out. Woke us up out of our sleep before the alarm for a 3 hour drive back home and by the time we were let back in we had a little at 30 minutes to be dressed and out by check out. No compensation was made no extended check out was given it was a very scary because we didn't know what was happening no staff ensures everyone was out they seemed lost themselves during the process. Felt unprofessional.

It was a beautiful property, the room was spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and had a bath tub

Cons:
