Pros:

The staff was phenomenal. Tatiana took great care of us. The facility was new and super CLEAN. The free breakfast had so many items and options as well

I enjoyed my stay, I will definitely Return again…..
Pros:

Staff was Very Friendly, Room was Clean. Enjoyed Breakfast, Hotel amenities!!!

Cons:

TV’s had issues, kept cutting off, there was no box of tissue/ Toilet paper/paper towels or shampoo in the room. Front desk took care of the issues.

Overall it was a good stay and good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, the rooms were big and the tv was big.

Very disappointing stay, without internet in the room and a closed pool. I sincerely would like my money back on this o

Nice location, easy access to highway.

Cons:

1) The WiFi didn’t work from our room, only in the lobby. This was quite inconvenient; especially as we were in the middle of an internet search.
2) The pool was closed, and the worker outside there was quite rude about it. He didn’t explain why.
So When I asked at the desk why the pool was closed, she said that we “should have called ahead when we booked the room to see if it was open”. …Really?
As the pool was still “closed for the season” in June, why is it not listed that way on the website?

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Each visit has been excellent. From the staff to the free breakfast. Rooms are always spectacular and spacious. Nice lobby with seating areas and a nice fire pit with beautiful scenery. The front desk staff are all very kind and resourceful especially Tytuana, she is awesome!
