The location was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful
The rooms , the lift etc. were slightly smaller than shown.
The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely come back again. I will recommend this hotel to others.
Posizione ottima, lo staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Struttura e camera pulite.
Great location, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Easy to get around and the area felt safe and quiet. Really handy spot for staying in the city.
The hotel itself was clean and cozy, the location is perfect but the excellent customer care is what would make me come back again.
The room was very clean, comfortable. The staff pays attention to detail because everything felt fresh and organized. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel

The staff were so helpful and lovely to deal with.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic—very central and convenient, with easy access to everything we needed.
The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of buffet options to choose from.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
The kindest, helpful and polite staff I’ve come across in Vietnam - so nice to talk with them, and they helped me with anything I needed, like the WiFi wasn’t working in my room when I got there and immediately they got a technician to come and put a new router in my room, even in late evening! Thank you to all the staff, from front desk to the chef guy!
The location is amazing - right next to the big church (can be quite loud though, lots of bells and early calls to prayer perhaps?) with lots of lovely small restaurants / cafes nearby.
The room needs a bit of ‘TLC’ (i.e. wallpaper was peeling from the walls, the duvet and sheets had holes and stains, it didn’t give “premium”) - I’ll include some photos! Also, the bed was quite firm (not the firmest Vietnamese bed I’ve been on, but still would be nice to be a bit softer but I get mattresses are subjective!).
The breakfast was nice, lots of fruit and the savoury dishes that were there were tasty, but maybe a bit more selection besides the 2 savoury dishes (rice or noodles with bacon) and fruit would be nice!
Overall, I really enjoyed my top-floor room with balcony, the staff were excellent and I will come again because of them (thank you!!), but perhaps a few things need restoring or making more ‘premium’ in the room.
The location was absolutely what we were looking for, especially for a one day stay on the charming lanes of Old Quarter. The cathedral is just 2 minutes, and Hoan Kiem Lake is just 10 minutes walking from the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and charming. They stored our big suitcases in their storage area during our 2D1N Halong Bay cruise trip. We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room with a double bed and a single bed, which had a small side-balcony. The room size was decent and okay for a one day stay. Good for a short stay.
On the day of checkin, the elevator got stuck on midway while my son was going to the room with two suitcases. My wife and I were waiting down to go up next as the size of the elevator was quite small, and all three of us wouldn't fit with our luggage. Suddenly, we noticed that the elevator floor-signage was not moving and displayed an error message. We immediately alerted the reception staff, and they reset the elevator switch from the ground floor while we took the stairs to climb up. Thankfully, it got settled within 5 minutes.
The room was older and more worn than it appeared in the photos, and overall the hotel did not feel like a 3-star property. The breakfast was quite limited, with few options available. We also found bugs in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, our experience did not match our expectations.
À Proximité des bars et quelques restos.
Paiement en Espèces et Refus de l'hôtel de payer par Carte bancaire (Booking est au courant? Car je ne vais pas payer deux fois: Espèces et C.B!!!
C'est bruyant de la rue.
Everything was as expected, on our first night it was pretty noisy on the street, party was going on very late at night but it was something that I was aware may happen but the next night was all quiet. Lovely street, very cozy and close to everything. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is simple but good.
