awful, I would not recommend this property
Pros:

Staff seemed not to care much, Overpowering smell at reception, I guess it's supposed to be a great fragrance, but its missing the subtle hotel scent. None of the correspondence before arrival mentioned paying extra for early check-in. It said you can request it, but no mention of additional fee

Cons:

The room was ready yet we still paid for early check in? Is this the standard, 1 towel yet its booked for 2 guests. AC did not work

1. Daily cleaning of the room
2. Early morning check-in request was granted at no extra cost

Cons:

1.The apartment floor is tiled, there should at least have a mat on the floor because it's cold in the winter season.
2. There was only 1 plate and 1 glass for use even though there are 2 guests being accommodated.Terrible oversight and an inconvenience.
3. Perfect Location.
4. The noise level coming from the bathroom was unbearable.
