Exceptional Stay!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring, and our room was spotless and comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible personnel—everyone was so warm, attentive, and helpful. The complimentary wine and thoughtful welcome treat were a lovely personal touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay at Zesus Athens Central and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable straight away and really added to the overall experience.
I stayed in a double room with a balcony, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having the balcony was a great bonus, providing extra space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights was the air conditioning. Athens can get very warm, especially during the summer months, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. It kept the room cool throughout the night without being noisy, which helped me get a great night’s sleep.
The bathroom was also excellent. It was modern, clean, and stocked with useful amenities. The shower was particularly impressive, with strong water pressure and plenty of space, making it a great way to refresh after a long day.
I also had breakfast during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the variety available. There was a good selection of food, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and well presented. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Athens.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the opportunity to try the restaurant in the evening, but I did visit the rooftop area and the views were absolutely stunning. The panoramic views over Athens create a fantastic atmosphere and make the hotel feel even more special.
Overall, Zesus Athens Central offers comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, a great breakfast, and outstanding service. Combined with its convenient location and beautiful views, it made for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Athens.

The location was great, but that is not worth the price tag, there's airbnbs in the same area that are much nicer and cleaner at a similar price range.
This hotel was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had.
The photos on the website were completely misleading and did not reflect the reality of the property. The rooms were extremely small, poorly lit, and felt nothing like what was advertised. The rooftop bar, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was literally nothing like the promotional photos and descriptions. It was a major letdown.
The service was equally unacceptable. Room service was consistently poor, and housekeeping regularly failed to do even the basics. On multiple occasions, our room was not cleaned, and our towels were not replaced because housekeeping simply forgot.
To make matters worse, the check-out times listed on the website were incorrect, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. There was also no bellman available to assist with luggage, which is a standard service one would reasonably expect from a hotel claiming a 5-star rating.
For a property that presents itself as a 5-star hotel, the service, cleanliness, and amenities were below 1-star standards. The entire experience fell far short of expectations, and I have genuinely stayed in cleaner, better-managed, and more comfortable Airbnbs in Athens.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.
