Almost nothing.

Cons:

Poor breakfast with low quality, bad cleaning, in total I don't know how this is a 5 star hotel, 3 maybe.

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. nettes Restaurant mit Blick auf die Akropolis

Cons:

Fenster schlossen nicht richtig. daher Nachts etwas laut. Seifenspender im Bad wurde zwei Tage lang nicht nachgefüllt.

לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר. המיקום היה מעולה

Cons:

חלונות לא מבודדים. יש רעש אימים בחדר. הניקיון לא משהו, הצוות אפאתי. (ביקשנו עוד שקית ניילון לכביסה) הביאו רק אחרי שתי תזכורות אחרי 12 שעות.
חיפפו בניקיון החדר.
מבטיחים חדר כושר. החדר חרפה. לא מתוחזק ומרגיש צינוק

It is a 2-3 stars property!!
although they publisheing themselves as 5 stars
furniture and curtains are stained.
room is small and dark.
you can clearly hear the people in the adjuscent room.
amenities are scarce.

Zentrale Lage und guter Blick aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant auf die Akropolis.

Cons:

Wäre schön gewesen beim Frühstück frische Früchte zu haben und nicht gefrorene Erdbeeren und Pfirsiche aus der Dose.

המסעדה בקומה 10 עם תצפית מהממת לאקרופוליס ועל גבעת הזאבים. ארוחת בוקר טובה. החדר מרווח. המלון קרוב בהליכה למקומות המרכזיים

Cons:

שרות החדרים לא סידר מיטה כל יום אלא רק החליף מגבות וניקה פחים. ארוחת בוקר טובה. המעליות קטנות. היינו צריכים 2 מעליות ל2 מזודות וטרולי.

Una estancia muy gradable, la pena fue el temporal de tormentas y agua del día 24 de diciembre

El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

La habitación perfecta. Pero falta de algunos cajones para poder dejar las cosas personales. Armario amplio pero sin cajoneras.

Close to Attractions. Could have been cleaner.
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location and within easy walking distance of sites like Lycabettus Hill (30 mins) and the Acropolis etc. Also 15 minutes from the main shopping area.

Cons:

Both my client and my taxi driver did advise me though that this was an 'eyes open / be aware' part of Athens at night. I was travelling alone so took taxis back to the hotel after work meetings. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace for breakfast but on my second morning there it was not as clean as it should have been (crumbs on tables etc) and the breakfast had not been fully set up at 7.20 when I arrived. Breakfast is listed as from 7am to 10am. The coffee machine was not working and there was no bread available. The chef was frantically trying to stock everything. Perhaps there were staff shortages. I also thought the hotel room could have been cleaner (floors especially and the wall around the bathroom mirror).
