A mixed bag
Pros:

It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Lots of lovely little touches.. fruit, drinks, sweets in reception. A mini bar filled once and a little welcome snack box. Also a free tote bag for going green and not having our room made up.

Cons:

For us the area was too far out for what we wanted to do, not the hotels fault. Ours for not researching properly.
Some staff on the bar and restaurant were sullen and bordering rude making us feel uncomfortable. Management said that they had taken it on board but it was not very welcoming

El personal molt amable!
Insta.lacions netes i esmorzar molt correcte.

Cons:

Els matalassos eren massa tous i quedaves ben enfonsat dins el llit. Realment incomodes.
La zona de la picina esta molt be si ets molt jove (vint i pocs anys) doncs està ple de gent d’aquesta edat. Massa gent, impossible banyar-t’hi o prendre-hi alguna cosa (molta gent no està hospedada a l’hotel pero hi pot accedir)
La zona del hotel és una mica fosca i solitaria, però al carrer paral.lel està ple de restaurants i ambient de nit

Pros:

Der Roof Top Pool mit Blick über Mailand ist ein Erlebnis. Das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück ist besonders empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber direkt im quirlligen Navigli Viertel, wo man gut und güstig Essen und Trinken kann.
