Amazing experience in the heart of Milan!
Pros:

Everything was more than perfect: design of the building, rooms and common area; things provided in the room; splendid breakfast; great customer service and attention. The pool and the views on the top were the best. Area is lively and exciting.

Cons:

Just a minor thing: wifi kept logging in even though I provided all the info. Wish it was more stable, protected by password.

All round good hotel when visiting Milan.
Pros:

The room we were allocated and access to the roof top pool with bar/ restaurant. Also, provided a good breakfast with loads of variety.

Pros:

Zwembad op dak terras
Makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer

Cons:

Zwembad sluit om 6pm. Dit is echt te vroeg
Drankjes aan de dure kant
Kamers zijn schoon maar nog ruimte voor verbetering op vlak van hygiëne
Slechte isolatie, veel lawaai ‘s nachts van de terrassen buiten

Es war wunderbar, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, Navigli ist ein tolles Quartier. Die Terrasse bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet, mit tollen Farben und viel Komfort. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grandios!

Cons:

Die Getränke auf der Terrasse sind überteuert.

Expérience unique et belle découverte du quartier des Navigli.
Pros:

La gentillesse des personnes à l’accueil, juste exceptionnelle :-) un grand merci à Federica, incroyablement attentionné et aux petits soins pour que chaque personne se sente bien.
Nous avons reçu un upgrade gratuit pour la suite, dont la terrasse avec la vue sur la ville était absolument incroyable. Je voyageais avec ma fille et tout monde est très gentil et accommodants avec les enfants. Je ne connaissais pas le quartier des navigli et c’est une belle découverte. Super pratique en famille d’avoir un tel choix de restaurants dans l’ambiance sympathique des canaux le soir juste autour, accessibles à pied. La piscine sur le toit aussi est un grand plus pour un moment de détente en fin de journée. Un séjour qui restera mémorable.

Cons:

Peut-être indiquer sur le site internet et sur booking quand la piscine est ouverte, ça peut rassurer le client au moment de la réservation. Je n’étais pas sûre que ce serait le cas avant d’arriver à l’hôtel (nous avons voyagé en avril et certaines piscines sont encore fermées).
