Central location, very clean and modern with excellent staff and breakfast
Pros:

Pros:

We stayed in the duplex two bedroom penthouse. Balcony was massive, rooms were good size excellent bathrooms, 3x showers and toilets. Gym as ok, only slight issue was very limited weights! Sauna, Spa and outside pool were excellent. Staff were brilliant. Free Champagne in the room was a very nice touch, thanks!!

Surface de la chambre. Atmosphère confinée : impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres, couloirs chauds et pollués par une odeur de parfum coco chimique (probablement pour masquer le manque d’aération ?). Piscine trop petite pour nager.

It was a nice stay, but for a top one, there has to be more

The hotel itself is nice, the room was nice, the cleaning was multiple over the day. Compared to the Evolution hotel, round the corner, which I´ve been to, it´s worth a try. The room felt really good, the water was renewed daily as were the coffee pads. My compliment for that.

Cons:

The breakfast situation was clumsy at times with service staff partly not aware of service and people visibly upset with their reactions. The smallest of the guys was the most service-orientated. At the reception, all the staff was not to talkative, one of the guys, didn´t even had his t-shirt ironed under the suit and felt visibly unconfident, when the room was not ready. Pool bar wasn´t with service staff most of the times, not many people using both the pool and the restaurant. I believe that the hotel has to find its way still. The kiosk round the corner, next to the Evolution hotel is a much nicer place for a cold beer than the pool bar right now. That says a lot. i stay to my decision for an 8. I liked it, but the personal note and the empathy of the crew in all was a let down. They were too busy with themselves most of the time and did not care too much.

Le jacuzzi n'est pas entretenu, l'eau et les parois étaient pleins d'algues pendant notre séjour de 4 jours, la piscine extérieure n'est pas très profonde et tout cela se situe dans une cours entouré d'immeubles. Les femmes de chambre passent tous les jours dans les chambres avec un spray désodorisant pas très naturel ce qui a malheureusement déclenché chez moi une crise d'allergie. La salle de bain manque de patères ce qui nous a obligé de laisser les serviettes au sol.

Great value for money and a solid choice for anyone looking for a modern, comfortable stay in Lisbon. The hotel has a stylish, contemporary feel with spacious and well-decorated rooms. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent throughout — both the room and the bathroom were spotless.

The gym is basic but perfectly functional for a light fitness routine. Staff were welcoming and attentive, which really added to the experience.

Location-wise, the hotel is in a quieter, more local neighborhood — a nice break from the busy touristy areas — but conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Noise wasn’t an issue at all; the hotel was very peaceful.

Parking is available at €20 per night, which seems standard for Lisbon.

Overall, a comfortable, well-priced hotel in a great spot. Would recommend!

Cons:

One thing worth mentioning: the shower drain in our room wasn’t draining properly, leaving water pooled on the floor. We reported it to the hotel, but unfortunately didn’t see it resolved during our short stay. It’s a minor issue but worth fixing.
