Amazing stay!

Quiet, clean, great breakfast, even glutenfree bread was great, and the staff heated it before serving.. Helpful and polite staff.

No sign i pool area that we could not bring own sodabox.

The shower was really good

Cons:

The room was forgotten to be cleaned/change towels on 1 day even though the sign was on requesting this

Both bars - by reception and rooftop could be open later to accommodate guests coming back after dinner. Maybe until 2am/3am

Very cozy little hotel; people are service-minded; a good/professional kitchen. Many small, tasteful restaurants nearby; the only thing I can complain about is that the location is 3-4 km from the city center.

Séjour excellent dans l’ensemble, malgré un accueil un peu froid lors de notre arrivée.
Pros:

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été un vrai coup de cœur ! L’endroit est magnifique et nous avons adoré tous les espaces : le sauna, la salle de sport et le hammam sont incroyables. Le personnel qui s’occupe des lieux est adorable, et une mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit-déjeuner, vraiment excellent ! Le service était impeccable, les serveurs et serveuses se sont montrés particulièrement sympathiques et attentionnés. L’emplacement est un autre gros point fort, à deux pas du centre-ville.

Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter !

En revanche, à notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une dame à la réception qui semblait peu serviable et de mauvaise humeur. C’est le seul point négatif que nous avons relevé durant notre séjour. Nous avons également voulu profiter du jacuzzi, mais l’eau était froide. Malgré l’intervention d’un employé, le problème n’a pas pu être résolu. Nous n’avons pas insisté et nous sommes plutôt allés à la piscine chauffée pour nous baigner.
