Beautiful locarion with view from room on second floor with big balcony, own sunbeds and an own jacuzzi (not used)
Safe not wirking, no lift to 2nd floor
Breakfast good. Property and pool nice. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location far to walk to lake and town. We walked but it is hilly, so not easy. It was also very hot, making walking uphill difficult, but heat not hotel fault. Hotel shuttle expensive. Limited menu at restaurant for dinner.
We found this place completely by accident when we were looking for somewhere to stay for one night on our way back from Naples, and we’re so glad we did!
The place was absolutely amazing. The room was really nice and comfortable, the pool was so relaxing and had a beautiful view, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
What was supposed to be just a one-night stop ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely come back here and will absolutely recommend it to our friends. Such a lucky find!

Hotel looks filthy, not maintained properly, the walls were falling apart in the room, the staff was terrible. At breakfast after 20 minutes the waiter didnt even ask about coffee, the dinner was okay but the price/quality was outrageous. The staff’s arogance i can feel to this day
Pool was great and facilities and quality was fantastic
Menu was fairly limited, and breakfast buffet wasn’t refilled once it had been eaten so on both days we had limited options
Le petit déjeûner buffet était très copieux et sans limite. Les espaces sont très beaux, les paysages de même. Le personnel est très sympathique, généreux et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa et de sa piscine couverte.
Il est dommage que les jacuzzis étaient en maintenance lors de notre séjour. Cependant, au coeur de l'été, ils ne nous ont pas beaucoup manqué.
Le seul bémol est l'éloignement des commerces et activités si vous n'avez pas de moyen de transport (nous étions à pied). Il faut s'attendre à avoir 10 min de marche pour descendre au lac (et à remonter) ou 15 min en forte montée de l'hôtel à la ville de Bracciano (pour le château, glaces, commerces).
Il posto è situato in una collinetta proprio sotto il castello dove si gode di una vista lago davvero molto bella. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e siamo stati trattati noi e i nostri cucciolotti con molta cordialità e gentilezza.
Struttura elegante e pulita.
Servizio impeccabile.
Ci torneremo sicuramente !!

Το δωμάτιο μας μύριζε υγρασία και κλεισούρα και ενώ μας πρότεινε η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν να μας ετοιμάσουν κουτιά με πρωινό να πάρουμε μαζί μας που θα μας ετοίμαζαν στις 6:30 το πρωί πριν φύγουμε, δεν είπαν ετοιμάσει τίποτα και ο τύπος που ήταν το πρωί στην ρεσεψιόν για να κάνουμε την αναχώρηση, δεν είχε ιδέα από λογαριασμούς και μας καθυστέρησε πάρα πολύ, οριακά για να χάσουμε το αεροπλάνο μας
