A great stay in Bracciano!
Pros:

The location was great, the view was amazing, and the pool and facilities were excellent. There was a huge selection at breakfast and we were very comfortable in our clean room, getting everything we needed when asked.

Cons:

Some small things:
The staff didn't offer to help us carry our luggage up the stairs when we checked in.
We also for some reason weren't informed that we could order omelets, although a waitress came to take our coffee orders. So it would've been nice to know about since we didn't love the egg options in the buffet.
Overall we had a great time, just would like better communication from the staff.

Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה, מאד בלט ולא היו כלל ירקות... וזה היה מאד חסר לנו.
הרבה מתוקים וסוגי מאפים
המלון עצמו במיקום מדהים, עם נוף מקסים גם לעבר המצודה וגם לעבר הים.
יצאנו מוקדם מהמלון ביום העזיבה וקיבלנו קופסאות עם ארוחת בוקר שכללה סנדוויץ, פרי, מאפה, יוגורט
ושתיה.
צוות העובדים קשוב , יעיל ומסייע .
נסיעה לפיומצ'ינו כ- 40 דקות

Cons:

אין מעלית במלון לאלה שבקומה שניה.
כדי להגיע מהבנין המרוחק לחנית הרכבים - צריך לגלגל המזוודות על דשא ושביל אבנים מקוטע.

יש להיזהר בספא מהחלקה (למרות אזהרות במקום) היה עדיף לבצע הריצוף שמונע החלקה..

Lugn weekend vid Braccianosjön
Pros:

Fantastisk utsikt över Braccianosjön. Balkong mot vattnet rekommenderas. Fräsch anläggning, lugnt och harmoniskt. Suverän frukost. Restaurang för lunch och middag med hög kvalitet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Cons:

Fräscht så inte mycket att klaga på. Dusch vid poolen var inte igång. I övrigt allt jättebra.

Too too divine! We want to return ...
Pros:

The hotel is superbly located, with beautiful grounds and a wonderful view of the lake. The access drive is rugged and rustic, as appropriate for this hidden gem. Once through the gates you'll be on a beautiful paved drive.
The restaurant is superb - be sure to book a table when booking your hotel stay. Treat yourself and get one of the lake view rooms with a terrace - you will not regret it.
The hotel spa is below ground, with a sauna, steam room and small, cool pool for soaking. The floors are finished with marble and rather slippery.
The staff were wonderfully gracious and helpful. They said that May and September can be some of the best months to visit - summer months are too hot and crowded.
