Wir haben drei Nächte im Lion Boutique Hotel in Hanoi verbracht und uns dort vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Lage ist mitten im Old Quarter, nur etwa 100 Meter von der berühmten Train Street entfernt. Beim ersten Mal ist das Hotel etwas schwierig zu finden, was aber typisch für die verwinkelten Gassen der Altstadt ist und letztlich zum besonderen Charme der Umgebung beiträgt.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Besonders positiv ist uns das außergewöhnlich zuvorkommende, freundliche und geduldige Personal aufgefallen. Die Englischkenntnisse des gesamten Teams sind sehr gut, was den Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation äußerst angenehm gemacht hat.

Unser Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel, ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer lebhaften Stadt wie Hanoi.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl an europäischen und asiatischen Gerichten. Zum Abendessen konnten wir aus einer umfangreichen À-la-carte-Karte wählen – die Gerichte waren hervorragend zubereitet und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Restaurantteam, vor allem den Restaurantmanager, der äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell war.

Das Fitnessstudio im Keller ist eher überschaubar, verfügt aber über ein Laufband, ein Cardio-Rad sowie einige Kurzhanteln mit verstellbarer Bank. Der Multitrainer könnte verbessert werden, für ein kurzes Training ist der Raum jedoch ausreichend.

Insgesamt haben wir uns im Lion Boutique Hotel auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Die Kombination aus Lage, Stil, Service und Gastronomie hat uns überzeugt, und wir würden dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Amazing stay! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with great amenities and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly welcoming and caring—special thanks to Sophie, who went above and beyond for us throughout our visit. It’s also very easy to stay here even if you don’t speak Vietnamese. Highly recommend for all travelers, and we’d definitely come back!

The hotel is truly wonderful overall: amenities are great, rooms are immaculate, and above all, the team here is incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast, great variety of Vietnamese and Asian style cuisine as well as western choice. Plus breakfast menu for special order like poached eggs, omelette, scrambled or pho.
Professional body massage and beer spa, all you need at your first day of arrival or just to spoil yourself.

Great sized room, great meals and amazing staff. I loved that the staff remembered our names and welcomed us back each day we returned after sight seeing. Very helpful and delicious cocktails at happy hour!

員工非常友善，服務也很好。Rachel的英文非常流利，很快速的幫我解決了訂餐廳的問題，前台經理Sophie中文說得不錯，給人很溫暖的感覺。在外面遇到服務很棒的員工真的會讓人覺得加分👍

Facility, room size, enough sunlight , ventilated rooms

The staff were amazing. I have never felt more welcome at any hotel I have ever stayed in. From getting set up with tours, to the restaurant staff making sure our meals were covered, to getting laundry done. This hotel gets my highest rating. We were treated like royalty. Well done by all.

This was one of the best accomadation I’ve had. Staff is just the best, they were so helpful. Especially I want to thank Sophie, who was a great help to organize our whole trip. Rooms are specious, clean. What else to say, thank you to everyone.

バルコニー付きの部屋にしました。ハノイでは窓がない部屋が一般的ですが、結果的に当たりでした。
夜も静かで安心して眠ることができました。

Spent 10 days in this beautiful hotel and felt like family from day one.
