The location and staff were great. Staff were very responsive and helpful.
Room was cold. Although there was a thermostat, it did not affect the room temperature. Indoor window only had view of the corridor if you worked really hard to get to the corner of the room.
We stayed at this hotel several times over the course of 9 days as our home base for sightseeing in Hanoi and taking side trips to Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Ninh Binh. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good! This was a great place to stay with a perfect location in the Old Quarter, removed from traffic noise. The staff were gracious and very attentive to make sure we were happy with all aspects of our stay. We would love to stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

J’ai adoré mon séjour de 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel, la décoration, le beerbath du soir, le petit-déjeuner.. c’était parfait !
Great location in the Old Quarter and easy walk to everywhere, including Train Street which is very close. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed was huge. Staff were very nice.
We selected food for breakfast, sat down to eat and saw a menu on the table which offered omelette, scrambled & poached eggs etc, which would have been our first choice. Staff were lovely and greeted us warmly, it would have been nice to be informed of the egg station when we arrived for breakfast and before we selected our food.

Die Dusche in der Badewanne war nicht leicht zu nutzen. Der Rand der Badewanne war sehr hoch.
Really comfy bed which was all we wanted after a long flight. Lovely comfy big room. The shower consumables were lovely and the conditioner made my hair really soft. My girlfriend really enjoyed the spa's massage services and we also were offered free 30-minute beer bath treatments which made our skin soft.
We were only there for one night so not much to comment on & we didn't have any problems. Lighting was apparently a bit tricky to do makeup in but this seems to be a recurring theme across Vietnamese accommodation as my other half informs me.
Very good location in the old town not far from the famous Train Street. Good breakfast. Small but nice, well appointed room with great air conditioning.
Bed was way too firm, but this is very common throughout Vietnam.
