Great Property in Smart location
Pros:

Perfect location for my requirements, quiet room, well insulated - did not need to use the aircon overnight despite the heat and humidity in Ha Noi at present. Helpful staff.

Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem in old downtown Hanoi. It is centrally located and very close the train street, weekend night market, Catholic Church cathedral and puppet show. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent and offers a great view of the City. You can also have dinner in their restaurant if you decide to stay in. Rooms are spacious and meticulously super clean. Staff are friendly and cater to your needs and quickly.

Situation au top, belle chambre confortable, le personnel est à l'écoute et massage au top.
Pros:

La chambre est confortable, l'hôtel est en plein centre : à 2 min à pied du célèbre train qui passe dans la rue. Et à 10min maximum du centre ville, le lac, théâtre de marionnette sur l'eau, ... Les massages sont excellents.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : peu de choix et la qualité est moyenne. Manque une piscine

Would book it again, but this time a room with window
Pros:

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. You would get a list of recommendations via WhatsApp. The location was awesome, you could walk everywhere. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked the hotel specifically for the gym and while the gym was easy to access and almost always empty, a couple more free weights would have been great. Our room had a window towards the "inner courtyard", it isn't really a courtyard, more like a section of the hallway with artificial light and flowers

スタッフがとにかく親切。部屋もラウンジも快適でした。
朝食のフォーと卵が美味い。

Cons:

旧市街の立地なので、仕方ないと思いますが、シャワーの水圧が弱いのとトイレが少し下水臭い。ただし、清潔ではある。

Pros:

Overall very great experience. The staff were very accommodating from the moment of our arrival until checking out. They even helped us book our city tour and Ha Long Bay cruise. The room was very clean and well maintained daily. Breakfast every morning on the 8th floor was excellent. I will definitely come back if ever I’m in Hanoi again. Thank you!
