Pros:

This hotel was a gem in Hanoi. It is in a fabulous location for a great price, and we enjoyed a super comfortable room. The service was amazing. Every staff member was so welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Christine for helping us get through our struggle to book a domestic flight.

Good morning I’m at the hotel in Hanoi. The very nice hotel five star Stafford amazing the breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are clean. The toilet accessories are clean and nothing to complaint about here. Very good thank you very much.

Rinkomės didesnį kambarį su balkonėliu ir likome patenkinti, miesto triukšmo beveik nesigirdėjo, nors pati lokacija yra senamiestyje.

Great staff, clean, near to the city center :)

It is clean. The staff was very helpful. Especially Sophie, she helped for everything, she helped us about organizing Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh tours also. She is great!!

Great location and staff, has seen better days
Pros:

Hanoi Lion is in a central location in Old Town. It's a traditional hotel with full time staff and it's quiet. It's very close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The room was very big. Good breakfast. Excellent staff -- they were truly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

This hotel is getting quite run down and, as a result, doesn't feel clean everywhere. We paid a lot for a large room that was not very good value and was quite dark because of the paint and heavy dark furniture.

Eigenlijk beviel alles ons. Het ontzettend lieve en behulpzame personeel met groot dank aan Christine. Daarnaast was het hotel mooi, schoon en heeft het een fijne ligging. En dan het ontbijt, heerlijk!! Ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven
