提前與飯店聯絡希望可以幫我老公提前慶祝生日，飯店在我們到的那天為我們佈置了漂亮的生日裝飾，還送我先生一個小蛋糕和手寫卡片，真的很貼心！特別感謝前台會講中文的小姐姐（名字好像叫Sophia)，她非常溫暖和貼心會關心我們的需求，前台人員也交接的很好，若有疑問都會即時回覆，也幫我們升級有陽台的房型，房間非常乾淨，推薦給有小孩的家庭！飯店的按摩服務和啤酒浴房客有優惠，真的很划算，喜歡飯店的一切，早餐好吃，地點也好，還有大廳等待的地方座位超舒適而且很多，還會提供好喝的茶

比較可惜的是早餐餐廳的兒童椅只有一張，除此之外一切都很好！

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and cooperative without exception, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A very special thank you to Rose! She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us, not only with our stay but also with recommendations and planning for the rest of our trip in Vietnam. Her help was truly valuable to us, and we really appreciate all the time and effort she gave us.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to the wonderful Rose! 😍🙏 We would definitely recommend this hotel to others
