Pros:

Ich war sehr zufrieden! Es ist wunderschön und die Aussicht 😍wer ruhe von der Stadt braucht, ist hier am perfekten Ort!

Cons:

Es liegt nicht am Restaurant, wir sind recht spät angekommen 21.00 Uhr und die Küche war leider schon fertig !! Das Personal fragte für uns nach, leider nur noch kaltes essen😩 Wir gingen dann in die Stadt und der Abend war gerettet 😍aber ich kann dieses Hotel nur Empfehlen ✨ Frühstück war gut muss man immer wieder fragen wenn etwas fehlt 👍auch dort das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich 🍀weiter so👍

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber. Gratis MobilityPass !

Cons:

Die Getränkeauswahl (v.a.Cocktails) ist bescheiden und ziemlich teuer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war (um 9:30 Uhr) äusserst bescheiden, Service kaum vorhanden. Morgens „wimmelte“ es im Foyer von Hunden.

Toller, ruhiger Aufenthalt - wir werden wiederkommen!

Zimmer mit neuwertiger Ausstattung.
Ruhige Lage in Waldstück, trotz Nähe zu Basel und Autobahnanbindung.
Checkin trotz sehr später Anreise (01:00) möglich.
Gratis Parkplatz und Highspeed Internet.

The hotel, area, everything was amazing. Also, being located in a forest, the air was fresh and it was very peaceful! People at the hotel were very welcoming!

Sehr Freundliches Personal, sauber, unkompliziert, schöne Lage, Buvette, gute Busanbindung

Cons:

Bei Ankunft Rezeption leider nicht auf Mobility Pass aufmerksam gemacht worden und somit auch keinen bekommen. 50 chf vergeudet. Frühstück ok, aber Durchschnittlich. Keine Wellness. Zimmer zur Parkplatzseite, Ruhe erst nach Restaurantschluss…

A place with a special energy that I would happily return to.
Pros:

An exceptional stay from beginning to end.

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, with a wonderful ability to make you feel personally welcomed. There was such a positive energy throughout the hotel, and I truly felt at home from the very first moment.

The location is excellent – perfect both for relaxing and spending time in the beautiful hotel lounge, as well as for easy access to the city centre.

The food was outstanding in every way: high-quality ingredients, excellent service, and wonderful flavours.
Overall, the entire experience was exceptional, warm, and truly sparkling. ✨
