The staff were very kind

Cons:

Waiting queue for check-in, dinner and breakfast - never experienced such a thing what a time waste. Also it was not possible to turn off the AC completely.

Leuke plaats voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

Heel lekker restaurant met eindelijk eens groenten en lekkere wijn aan de bar. Fantastisch goede douche!

Cons:

Matras schoof nogal gemakkelijk van het bed, maar dat is een detail.

Expensive and staff could have been way more helpful. We were offered no assistance with booking a taxi to leave, although after my wife broke her ankle we did find one incredibly helpful staff member, who we will be forever grateful too.

施設、充電スタンド、笑顔でしっかり対応するスタッフ。接客をする仕事なので、真面目に頑張っているスタッフは応援したくなる。

Te massaal, ontbijt en diner in restaurant lijkt op een vreetschuur. Eenmalig maar zeker nooit meer.

初めての箱根旅行
Pros:

温水プールの施設を無料で利用できて楽しかった。
食事の種類が豊富で美味しかった。接客も良かった。

Cons:

丁度、台風と重なってしまい夜のイベント蛍の庭の散策が出来なくて残念でした。次回は天候が良ければやってみたいです。

Cons:

Staff was trying to be helpful, but they are not trained to do so. They couldn't answer the basics questions about how to get to the.major tourist attractions. They didn't even know the English names of their own hotel facilities.

Pros:

清潔感があり館内も部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフも丁寧親切で、バイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかった。緑にか困れたロケーションも最高だし、温泉も気持ちよかったです。部屋も館内も必要最低限に整理されていて、ゆっくりするには最高でしたまた。伺います。

Cons:

ちょっと気になった点は、雨（台風）でしたが部屋の窓が開いていて、ベットや枕がしっとりと濡れていました。換気のためだと思いますが、雨の日は窓を閉めてもいいのかなと思いました。

מקום מהמם, חדר גדול, קרוב לכל האטרקציות והאוכל טוב, צוות נחמד לאורחים.

Cons:

בשעות הערב אין מה לעשות ואיך להעביר את הזמן במיוחד אם יורד גשם. היינו עם מתבגר והיה לו ממש משעמם.
