Ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr schön, und man erreicht das Hotel mit dem Bus sehr gut, denn die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

Drink free of charge in the lobby.

Cons:

The onsen/bath must be charged. In intl htl onsen should be part of service. Moreover the onsen/bath is only limited early morning and evening. (????)

酒店設計美輪美奐，可以讓你感受大自然風景，很多落地玻璃窗，亦有很多為小朋友設定嘅措施，很多一家大細都會來。溫泉和食物質素也很好。

楽しめましたし、ゆったりのんびりできました！

朝夕の食事が良かった。美味しくて期待以上だった。

旅行最終日の宿泊で快適で満足でした。
Pros:

チェックイン前の朝から車を預かってもらい公共交通機関を利用でき助かりました。
ホテルの部屋をカジュアルでの予約でしたがホテルの配慮でスタンダードに変更して頂き広い部屋でストレスなく快適でした。
また、子供向けのプレイルームもあり、子供連れ家族は助かると思いました。
食事は朝夕共に食べ物種類が多くアルコールめ飲み放題で満足しました。

Cons:

大浴場の温泉の効能が明記されてなかったので、何に効くのか分からなかった。
大浴場にヘヤーブラシを置いてて欲しかった。
