Un havre de paix
Pros:

Cet hôtel est sublime; c'est un véritable havre de paix au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante; l'accueil est fabuleux; les chambres très spacieuses et magnifiquement décorées... la baignoire jacuzzi incroyable... nous avons vraiment profité de tout !

Cons:

Pour encore plus de confort, j'aurai aimé des lits queen size plutôt que des lits doubles dans notre chambre... et également un accès plus facile dans la piscine de l'hôtel car la première marche est assez profonde (40 cm à peu près).

Arnaque et agression

La note booking avant notre d'arrivée.

Cons:

Désillusion, arnaque, et agression du personnel.

Les repas ne sont pas compris comme indiqué lors de la réservation.

Le petit déjeuner est préparé la veille et réchauffé le matin

Saleté, rouille, moustiquaire déchirée, personnel très mal formé, personnel justifiant les manquements par un tarif réduit WTF !!!

Le personnel d'entretien présent à la piscine de 10h à 13 h !!!! Impossible d'en profiter.

Je n'ai jamais mis de mauvais avis sur booking, mais cet établissement ainsi que son personnel sont extrêmement décevant.

Book this now, don't think about it, its incredible.
Pros:

What an incredible resort. The villas are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is top notch and not expensive. The staff is highly responsive, and security was always on the ball at the entrance. Amazing place, we couldn't have imagined a better place to have our honeymoon, and I've stayed in tons of resorts, hotels, and houses all around the world. I'd pick this one again without a second thought. Other notes: the cenote next door is prettier than most, and I got a free fish cleaning treatment in the water just by holding still and letting the little ones come and check me out. The pool is nice and large as well, we spent a lot of time in the pool (another review mentions leaves in the pool, and it is true, as it is partially shaded by many trees, and there is just no way that leaves won't get in there, its natural, live with it). The nearby city, Valladolid is colonial, and has a very pretty city center including the church, and the convenant, and a long street between the two. It's worth spending a day walking the city and eating at some of the more local restaurants as well.

Cons:

loved it all, don't have one complaint, which is really rare for me.

Close to nature, villas are well-designed with indoor and outdoor sections, very thoughtful and helpful staff like Gustavo. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Very memorable stay!
