The staff was amazing! I don't speak a lot of spanish, but they were very patient with me, and always very friendly! The breakfast was yummy (fruit, yogurt, bread, eggs, and coffee or tea. I had an early morning tour and they gave me a banana and bottled water to hold me over until the tour group ate breakfast. They were willing to let me have a late checkout and assisted me in getting transportation from and to the airport.
The only downside was there was no hair dryer, but I didn't mind at all. I still would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
Close to downtown
Very cold and my room was near the front office. Only a large glass window separated we from all the noise. I was kept up until after midnight and was woken up at 5 am. I had to use three blankets to try and stay warm!!
Noa sentimos como en casa. Gracias a Agusta quien los recibio y atendio muy bien. Nos preparo un desayuno muy rico y muy temprano, dado que teniamos que salir a un tour. El lugar es muy limpio y tranquilo, la ubicación muy buena.

La atención recibida fue por Erica y Marleny fue espectacular, son dos personas encantadoras. Un lugar bien ubicado y limpio con un desayuno que no está mal.

De tudo! O hotel é bem localizado, muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é farto e delicioso. Os funcionários são muito receptivos e amáveis. Há água potável e chá disponível durante todo o dia. A decoração do hotel é muito bonitinha e nos faz sentir em casa.
Gostei de tudo! Nada a reclamar. A hospedagem foi ótima!

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the staff were very polite.
Because the hotel is an old-style building, there is no elevator, and you have to carry your heavy suitcase upstairs yourself.
部屋も清潔で、朝食もフルーツ、パン、卵とバランスよく出してくれます。英語を話せるスタッフが何人かいるので、コミュニケーションがとれました。
なによりスタッフ全員がとても親切で、最高の思い出になりました。ぜひお勧めしたいです。

El Ave Azul was a perfect base for our stay in Cusco. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The made to order breakfast was also delicious!
