The gardens, Pool facilities and beach access makes your
Pros:

The room was traditionally finished but very clean and comfortable. They need to make clear that it was on the second floor and no elevator because photos depict a ground level hotel.

The grounds were very well kept, the flowers and trees were beautiful. The pool was clean and great temperature. The pool has not deep around 1.2 metres.

Easy walk to many beach bars and restaurants.

Cons:

There is a slight unpleasant odour along one of the designated pathways (referred to in another review).

The breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs and bacon were inedible.

This hotel is on the beach. The nightly rate did not include use of the beach. They should make this clear there is an extra charge for using their beach chairs and umbrella.

Third stay in less than a year. Great place to decompress before you fly from FCO.
Pros:

Ideally located on the beach at the edge of Ladispoli. You have pool, beach, restaurants, and bars. The staff, led by Marco, is excellent.

A little paradise near Rome
Pros:

The staff were friendly, helpful and caring before I arrived and during my stay. The rooms are set around a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. The sea is just a short walk away. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but could have had more fruit options and there was no wholewheat bread. I recommend eating at the restaurant on site, which is open for lunch and dinner and also, there are not many other options in the area. The service in the restaurant was great and the food is delicious. Eating your dinner while watching the sunset over the sea is a real treat. It is about a 20 minute walk to the train station, where you can be in central Rome within about half an hour.

Im Zimmer hat es mitunter stark nach Abfluss gerochen und die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig.

Paradise near Rome
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with beautiful gardens, a pool and close to the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful and caring, before I arrived and during my stay. My room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. It was wonderful to sit by the pool or take a walk along the beachfront. Breakfast was good. The staff at the restaurant were great and the restaurant is right near the beach. Watching the sunset while eating great food and drinking great wine was a real treat. It is a short walk and a quick journey by train into central Rome. I look forward to returning.

Cons:

There was no wholewheat bread option at breakfast.

À posição em frente ao mar.

Jardins incríveis e bem cuidados.
Pessoal do restaurante muito bom.
Recepção na chegada, atendimento não adequado pela recepcionista, mas na saída, era outra funcionária, muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Dos travesseiros duros.
Do cheio forte do banheiro e dos insetos que existiam pelo chão, dormi com centenas de insetos. Quando acordei pisei sobre eles, abri a janela e todos se moveram para o vidro e cortinas. A recepção explicou que havia dedetizado, eu compreendo que eles tentaram sanar o problemas, mas acredito que antes de disponibilizar o quarto para hóspedes, eles deveriam analisar qual era a real situação.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja - 100 m na plażę, z restauracji hotelowej dosłownie schodami w dół. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne. Przydałby się większy wybór wędlin, ale kawa była wspaniała. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel, polecam pomoc przy załatwieniu transferu z lotniska.
Na pewno tam wrócimy!

Cons:

Śniadania mogłyby mieć bardziej zróżnicowaną ofertę wędlin - nieco bardziej proteinowe ;)
