Good location
Pros:

Location is nice. Lots of shops around.

Pros:

Location was good, place is clean quite premium like for the area penang... Staff really good.. Greetings every time they see you.. Even when you don't want to greet or forgot they greet you and lights u up.. Makes your day refreshed.. That you not living with strangers.

Cons:

I didn't like only one thing..is food.. . They didnt have enough food... The food was lacking alot... They need to improve the quality of food and variety... I felt like I was limited since I have ulcers not much I can eat if spicy... But still chef for omelet tried to do his best for omelet

Pros:

意外と便利なエリアにあり、至近距離でタンブンビスケット(ペナン島の名産菓子)やマッサージ店、レストランやカフェが多く、またホテルの前が歴史的建造物で楽しめたところ。朝食もバラエティに富んでいて美味しかった。部屋もきれいで清潔でした。

Good location close to city centre. Clean rooms and pretty efficient housekeeping.

Cons:

1)Limited parking .
2)The water dispenser on Level 1 was not working well as the water flow was too slow.

Ottimo albergo. Ottima qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Lo staff gentilissimo. Le camere piccole ma molto confortevoli e nuove. L'acqua filtrata di cui usufruire sempre. La piscina che aiuta dopo una giornata a camminare per la città. Comodo al centro della città. Colazione internazionale e molto varia. Il personale eccezionale.
