The location is great
The staff not very friendly, the Internet did not work properly, the bed was soooo soft, and the bathroom needs some renovation so many black stains all over, breakfast very poor.

Per essere obiettiva, la hall non era male.
La vista sulla città, non era un vista (allego foto di tutto). Le uova strapazzate della colazione erano fredde e puzzavano perché erano andate a male. La carta igienica era iniziata da precedenti ospiti. I bagni in generale erano molto sporchi come del resto le camere e l’hotel in generale, appena vai oltre la hall. C’era fortissimo odore di sigaretta e si sentivano i vicini sia sopra che accanto, che urlavano, facevano festa, estremamente rumorosi.
Avevamo prenotato per 3 notti ma ce ne siamo andati dopo la prima notte, appena trovata un’altra sistemazione. Non volevamo un’altra camera perché l’hotel faceva tutto schifo e il ragazzo alla reception non ci ha neanche provato a proporne un’altra e nemmeno ci ha chiesto il perché. Lui sapeva già il perché, non eravamo le prime persone così deluse e schifate.

Louvain is nice. Staff is very attentive. Gym is modern, well equipped and operational
Room doors are metallic and not insulated. You therefore hear everything going on in the hall. As many guests leave early for a flight, you get no quiet in the room. Breakfast is disappointing, both the location (under ground not well lit) as food offering, despite the numerous staff. Bathroom is old, some things are not working (sink faucet in one room, shower holder in another...)
Nice team and good hotel
It was a really nice hotel. They made a mistake with our room but sorted it out straight away. Hamit, Fatima and ozgun were all very helpful and so was the house keeping staff.
No car parking space at the property. The breakfast menu was repetitive.
The staff were all very professional
Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale molto gentile, colazione ottima. La camera era pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ottimo posizione per girare la città a piedi.
Non c'è il parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto pagare 300lire turche per una notte nel parcheggio davanti all'hotel.
Piccola nota: nel letto non c'erano le lenzuola (probabilmente dimenticate!)

Ailecek bu otelde konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Yaklaşık 20 kişilik büyük bir grup olmamıza rağmen bizi çok güzel karşıladılar ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. İsteklerimizi dikkate alıp her şeyi bizim için kolaylaştırmaları bizi çok mutlu etti. Herhangi bir konuda tereddüt yaşadığımızda ya da memnun kalmadığımız bir şey olduğunda hemen çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar.
Bu yorumu sadece kendi adıma değil, bizimle konaklayan tüm ailemiz adına yazıyorum. Herkes aynı şekilde çok memnun kaldı.
Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi, özellikle kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Resepsiyonda çalışan ekip de harikaydı. Hamid başta olmak üzere, diğer beyefendi ve hanımefendi bize her konuda çok destek oldular.
Ayrıca otelin masaj hizmetinden de çok memnun kaldık. Ailemizdeki tüm kadınlar masajlardan çok mutlu ayrıldı. Otelin konumu da oldukça iyi, her yere kolay ulaşım sağlanabiliyor.
Genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Tüm aile olarak çok memnun kaldık ve kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.

Right in the heart of Antalya, Lupo Libero puts you within walking distance of everything worth seeing - the old city, the marina, Hadrian's Gate. You couldn't ask for a better base.
What really made the stay though was the team. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm - the kind of staff that make you feel like a guest rather than a booking reference. would come back without hesitation.
The rooms themselves are fine — clean, air-conditioned, the basics are covered — but whoever designed them forgot chairs. Not an armchair, not a desk chair, nothing. After a full day of exploring the city on foot, sitting on the edge of the bed to eat or look at your phone gets old fast. It's a small thing, but also an easy fix.
Breakfast is included, which is a nice touch — but the spread doesn't change. Day one it's fine. By day three you know every dish before you walk in the door. A bit more rotation would go a long way.
