Mostly staff very friendly. The location very nice! Room very nice, and spacious. The pools and gym is beautiful. Restaurants are beautiful as well
There was only one phone in our two-level room, located next to the bed upstairs. Every time it rang, we had to go upstairs to answer it. The hotel did not provide any decaffeinated Nespresso capsules, and if we wanted more than the four coffee pods supplied each day, we were told we would have to pay extra.
Four days before our arrival, I ordered a cake and champagne for my husbands birthday through the Booking.com messaging service. However, when we arrived, the hotel had no record of the order. The manager on duty was not very friendly when I tried to discuss the issue, although this may partly have been due to the language barrier.
The cake we eventually received looked nothing like the one shown in the catalogue. The advertised cake had real icing, while the cake provided had a completely different, gel-like icing. It was very disappointing, especially as it was meant for a special occasion.
When I used the gym on the second day, the temperature was set at 24°C, which was far too warm for exercising. When I asked for it to be lowered, this was done without any issue. However, the gym was completely unmanned, and even after I mentioned that it was too hot, no one thought to switch on the fans. It was only after some time that I noticed the fans myself. A hotel gym should be kept at a comfortable temperature and properly prepared for guests, particularly when there is no staff member present to assist.
The breakfast was very nice, but not western enough, too much Korean food, and breakfast last order was at 10am which is early. The coffee machine was not working so the cappuchino was not very good. The staff very helpful and friendly. Beckett restaurant cappuchino is much better than the buffet at Poissons restaurant.
We had chips from the minibar, and it was never replaced during our stay.

It is far from everything if you are a tourist.
Clean room with excellent view over the city. Ideal location being well connected by public transportation, but not in crowded touristic routes
The staff dealing with breakfast at Poissson could be more friendly even when guests arrive late for breakfast

The facilities were great, the rooms were large and comfortable, the pools were clean and enjoyable.
Everything at the hotel was great. It was a little far from some of the things we were interested in seeing but still a good location.

The staffs seemed a bit inexperienced, the luggage handling person accidentally dropped our shopping bags, which has two ceramic vases in it, luckily it didn’t break. A few of the front desk staffs couldn’t understand English that well.
