Beautiful property and great staff with a large, comfortable room.
Pros:

The facilities were great, the rooms were large and comfortable, the pools were clean and enjoyable.

Cons:

Everything at the hotel was great. It was a little far from some of the things we were interested in seeing but still a good location.

Overall still good. It was just a shocker that the bag got dropped from the hangers on the luggage trolley.
Pros:

Beautifully and comfortable you designed, good selection of breakfast.

Cons:

The staffs seemed a bit inexperienced, the luggage handling person accidentally dropped our shopping bags, which has two ceramic vases in it, luckily it didn’t break. A few of the front desk staffs couldn’t understand English that well.

Een top aanrader - prachtig hotel
Pros:

Dit hotel zal voor ons in onze top 3 staan van mooiste city-hotels. Het heeft zowel een super mooi indoor- als outdoor zwembad, met ligbedden en handdoekservice en een state of the art fitness. De gehele architectuur en inrichting van het hotel was bijzonder smaakvol.
Onze kamer was erg groot (dubbelhoog verdiep), met balkon, groot panoramisch raam en zeer goede bedden.
De badkamer had een prachtig bad en mooie douche.
Het ontbijt was zeer volledig en had ook westerse opties.

Cons:

Dit is niet echt een tegenvaller, want het is een bewuste keuze van het hotel om ecologischer om te gaan met het toiletgerief, maar zelf zijn we niet zo fan van shampoo- en conditioner zeepblokjes. Anderzijds was het assortiment heel volledig, want er werd zelfs badzout en aloe vera lotion aangeboden.
Verder boekten wij ook de kamer met de optie ‘gratis minibar’, maar die was maar heel beperkt gevuld. Water, 2 fruitsapjes en 2 biertjes en een whiskey plus wat knabbels. Ik had liever een klein flesje witte wij gezien in de minibar. Bovendien was het supplement wel erg duur tov de inhoud.

Chaotic but comfortable
Pros:

I booked 2 rooms on booking, both under my name. When I arrived they could only find 1 room under my name. I showed them reservations and they said sorry they can’t help me I need to call booking and file refund. They could give me second room but at much higher rate. After 90 min of us pushing they found second reservation but system showed no name. Experience was horrible, they treated us very very rudely and were making no attempt to fix it. After 90 min someone found it and they were nicer and bought us sojo at our dinner.

Not worth the hype
Pros:

Rooms were amazing and so were the pools.

Cons:

Advertised things such as Pilates, Grit Juice bar and personalised massages but Grit had been shut down even though it’s still on the website - selected times or days for Pilates and was a false representation of the facilities
