Excellent location in the heart of Gangam, specious room, Mindy at the reception gave us an early check in, very clean room, the food is good.
We couldn't control the temperature in the room only from the reception! So one day its super HOT and one day is super cold !! No hanger for robes in restroom,

Amazing interior design of the hotel.
We booked the lounge access room.
That means I pay a lot more for the room.
This is the first time I book a room with lounge access that I can’t use it for breakfast and evening.
We had to choose one or the other for each day. And I have to pay for coffee or tea on Lounge access hours.
I pay $9 for a long black
No much option for drinks and food at the lounge and time are not flexible and very short..
And why do we need to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste.

We chose this hotel because we liked its style and design in the photos. However, upon arrival, the two men working at reception weren't very friendly. The one who checked us in was quite stiff and gave dry answers to our questions. He didn’t tell us anything about the hotel—he just asked for my card without explanation and told us to come back at 3:00 PM for the keys.
As for the room, the windows were very dirty, as were all the glass panels on the terrace. It's fine for a one-night stay, but we won't be returning to this hotel.

Lobby is gets so busy a queue starts forming, lots of luggage around, felt like an airport than a luxury hotel for the price.
I loved the design of the hotel and all the hotel spaces like the gym, pool, and cafe. The neighborhood was very nice and was close to bus stops and subway stations. The hotel staff was very friendly and always answered any questions I had.
I think the laundry service could be slightly better. You have to drop it off in the lobby and pick it up in the lobby which is a little out of the way.
The vibe, amazing architecture, size of rooms, beautiful swimming pool, gift basket were excellent
