Una PAUSA al afán diario
Pros:

La comida y el personal fue maravilloso, la tranquilidad del hotel, a excepción de la cantidad de botes que pasan con musica constantemente, es un lugar fantastico para descansar.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que la cabaña tuviera una TV y un aire acondicionado, el valor que pagas tanto en alojamiento como en la alimentación no es barato y creo que es suficiente para cubrir el gasto de estos servicios.

A very special place
Pros:

This was potentially one of the best hotels I have visited. The location was amazing with incredible lakes, they bring your breakfast and dinner to your room so you can continue to enjoy the breathtaking views in the comfort of your own pod. The team are very responsive on the WhatsApp chat which makes ordering food and drinks very simple. They also helped organise a taxi and driver to/from Medellin and for a day trip around Guatape which was lovely.

Un 10/10 sin duda
Pros:

Este hotel es un 10 realmente. Habitación en perfectas condiciones y bastante completa. Instalaciones muy bonitas. La comida del restaurante deliciosa. El proceso de check in y check out fue ágil. Merece toda la pena.

Cons:

No es algo relacionado con el hotel, pero mientras estábamos en el jacuzzi, desde la cabaña de más abajo estaban husmeando e incluso gritaron cosas. Algo de pésimo gusto. En el mensaje de bienvenida del hotel podría incluirse un mensaje advirtiendo a los huéspedes desadaptados sobre evitar estas conductas .

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que los últimos 100 metros antes de llegar al hotel corresponden a una vía destapada. Si se va en un carro muy bajito, esto podría generar dificultad. Aun así, algunos carros muy bajitos estaban en el hotel.

Viaje de descanso en pareja, relax y desconexción
Pros:

Excelente servicio, ambiente y sobre todo, gran lugar para descansar y desconectarse. Esta super bien ubicado, cerca al pueblo Peñol y Guatape. También la comida muy rica y el servicio del personal fue amenon, respetuosos y amable.

Cons:

Habian muchos insectos en la noche, nada preocupante pero hace parte de la experiencia.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, le staff très aimable,pas 100 % expérimenté mais bien.(restaurant)

My casita was spectacular with all the privacy you could want. The staff, except at check in, was wonderful.
