Comfortable and peaceful Stay
Pros:

The room and the quality of toiletries and bed linens. Location was perfect to avoid city traffic and take the bypass road to airport and out of the city. Professional and helpful staff. Enjoyed the perfect wholesome and a large Assamese Veg Thali

Cons:

1. Breakfast - limited options. Fruits were limited and not of great quality or reasonably ripened. Hot beverages were average.
2. Overall, Prices of food was high. On top of that 18% GST.
3. In room dining options are also limited with less variety.

Pros:

La struttura é nuova e veramente bella, camere molto spaziose e letti comodissimi, ma il servizio non é assolutamente all’altezza

Cons:

Ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa l’attesa era lunghissima.
La parte meno adeguata é sicuramente il ristorante ! La colazione al mattino non era mai allestita prima delle 8 anche se l’orario di inizio é stabilito alle 7.30.
Una struttura così bella che si prefigge di essere un 5 stelle meriterebbe un servizio davvero differente

Pros:

Clean with good amenities , very good selection of breakfast buffet . Specially would like to mention the friendly service I received from the catering staff and Nathan at the front desk .

Comfortable stay, though a bit far from city centre
Pros:

Hotel was comfortable with quick wifi and good facilities. For its price, it is quite worth the money.

Cons:

Staff were not very helpful in giving advise, calling for cab, or breaking up large notes - could be due to language barrier. Location is a bit far from the city centre.

Excellent decor. Nice view.

Cons:

Exceptionally late service. We called room service to get some milk. They took 90 minutes to do that. Next day I woke up early at about 4:30am and I couldn’t use the kettle for my coffee. I called room service for help. They said they are sending someone right now to get it fixed. Well.. I checked out later at around 7:45 but no one came to sort out the kettle. I had to go out without any hot drinks.

Overall nice hotel and I look forward to stay here during my next visit also.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good. The staff were very polite and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

power failed 11 times during our stay in 3 nights Although power resumed within a few minutes it was a disruption. The restaurant was very expensive.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The breakfast had wide range of both continental and Indian dishes. We loved the aloo porotha - doi option, hot Assam chai and black tea options. Jitanshu was so attentive and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very good, applause to the chef and the kitchen staff :).The reception & housekeeping were also very warm and friendly. The room was well lit and clean with a good view of Beltola. Keep up the good work :)
