Pros:

It was in a quieter location of Osaka but near enough to restaurants and train lines to make for a very good location. Hotel facilities superb, breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend!

Decoração do hotel é moderna, funcional e confortavel. Na chegada almoçámos, estilo italiano, enquanto esperavamos pelo checkin. Buffet de pequeno almoço muito completo, incluindo eggs benedict, baked beans, e também comida japonesa. Quarto espaçoso, confortável, decoração moderna. Sanita ultra automática.

Overall its a very good choice. People at the reception desk were very friendly and nice. Room is very clean with nice new facilities.

Cons:

The lady (a bit chubby young lady) I met at the breakfast canteen on 2 May seemed not very nice. The breakfast is supposed to close at 10:30am, and when I went there at 10am - not sure it’s because of her English or tiredness or I’m a foreigner, she seemed a bit unhappy. I said good morning to her and she didn’t say a thing showing a poker face, asking my room number, telling me the buffet closes in half an hour. I know this is VERY rude in the Japanese culture. I wanted to let her know a simple fact - I am a decent guest, paid a good price for the stay at the hotel and I don’t deserve that. I won’t come to this hotel when visiting Osaka next time.

Voco, dus gewoon goed
Pros:

Mooi hotel van een wereldwijde keten. Ze hebben het goed voor elkaar met de Japanse regels en dat levert dan ook weer hilarische momenten op. Maar ze deden hun best. Goed gelegen, taxi's die meestal voor de deur klaarstaan. In de directe omgeving heb je meerdere restaurants, maar ook het restaurant bij het hotel is van goed niveau.
Vlakbij een mooi park dat zeker in de lente een geweldig gezicht biedt en ook lekker om er gewoon op een bankje te zitten. Osaka heeft veel te bieden, al moet je wel een beetje op zoek.

Cons:

Flexibiliteit is ver te zoeken, dat is dan weer het nadeel van de Japans regeltjes. Wij wilden wat regelen met een andere kamer en ontbijt, maar dat lukte gewoon niet. Nu is het ontbijt ook niet heel bijzonder. De locatie is comfortabel in een mooie buurt maar wel ver weg van bijvoorbeeld Dotonbori of Namba. Metrostation is een paar honderd meter weg.

Pros:

We liked the size of the room. Also, that it was cleaned and prepared always during the day, which isn't so common in Japan.

Cons:

The lack of opening the window. Also the location of the hotel was quiet in the middle of nowhere.. The drinks on bar were expensive and despite the price didnt taste good, neither the beer.
