Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind entsprechend groß und sauber.

Cons:

Die Beschreibung des Hotelzimmers hat nicht den Gegebenheiten entsprochen. Es waren keine 3 Betten vorhanden sondern nur eine harte Couch die nicht überzogen war. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren freundlich aber nicht lösungsorientiert. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv für mehr als 2 Personen(pro Zimmer) nicht weiterempfehlen.

tolle Unterkunft- am besten doppelt Checken was man bucht, sonst zahlt man doppelt.

aussergewöhnliches Frühstück. sehr freundliches Team. Leider gab es beim Buchen eine Unklarheit: ich habe ein Zimmer inklusive Frühstück für meine dreiköpfige Familie gebucht, musst beim Checkin aber das Bett und das Frühstück für mein Kind nochmals extra kaufen

Great location for our 48hours in Osaka

Good location - short distance to metro, easy to get to Dotonbori, Umeda, Shinsekai etc

New hotel - very good rooms, liked having a Nespresso machine

A great stay in Osaka!
Pros:

Lovely new hotel in a great location. A 9 minute cab ride to Osaka Train Station, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely designed and clean. We enjoyed breakfast, matched with good service. A very pleasant stay for us!

Modernes, stylisches Hotel im Herzen Osakas - ein Muss für Genussliebhaber
Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im voco Osaka und sind wieder überrascht worden, wie toll Hotelpersonal sein kann, auch wenn man nur eine Nacht übernachtet.
Das Zimmer war nicht nur stylish eingerichtet, modern und groß, sondern hatte auch noch eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Sitzbank und eins der besten Bäder Japans ;-)
Das Restaurant in der Lobby war hervorragend.

Cons:

Alles perfekt. Wenn man jetzt noch eine U-Bahn Linie direkt vor dem Hotel hätte, wären alle Wünsche erfüllt ;-)

Disappointing!
Pros:

The room size was ok compare with japanese criteria. I can enter in the bathroom.

Cons:

The hotel dont have any facilities, the breakfast they serve in the lobby and is very poor. Another problem is they dont change the food and we eat 6 days only eggs and croissant. Is not respect the standard of Intercontinental.

Très bon séjour à Osaka
Pros:

La décoration de l’hôtel est super, le personnel est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner est varié. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. L’hôtel n’est pas dans un quartier animé mais cela le rend calme. Le métro est à moins de 409 mètres.

Cons:

On ne peut pas dire que nous n’avons pas aimé quelque chose mais si j’avais une remarque à formuler, je dirai que le dîner n’est pas génial.
