Cons:

We were staying at the Courtyard by Marriott and needed an airport transfer at 5:30 AM. We had requested the transfer in advance and were informed that Shadan would coordinate it, but we never received any confirmation. In the morning, despite multiple attempts, no one answered our calls.

Fortunately, we managed to make our own arrangements, but this caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience before our flight. We would appreciate an explanation as to why the transfer request was not followed up and why the front desk was unreachable at such an important time.

​We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard. The property is beautifully maintained, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-designed for a relaxing stay.

​A special mention goes to the exceptional hospitality—the front desk and service staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The dining experience was also a highlight, offering a great variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travel. Will definitely visit again!

We liked the proximity to the new airport and the staff around the concierge are warm and helpful.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was poor. The room was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. The floor was dusty. Another thing which we disliked was the service in their restaurant. After we placed our food order, you literally had to pray to get any staffs attention. All of them stood around the kitchen with their backs facing us. The service was slow.

Good but can be better
Pros:

The service was great. Snehit from the front office was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Same with the HK staff that serviced our room.

Cons:

The breakfast on the last day was quite subpar. The breakfast pasteries seemed old and dry and even the hot food was not of the quality expected of a marriott. We waited 45 mins after ordering coffee that never came and finally went back to our room and ordered some off of swiggy.

Better late than never. We sincerely thank you for all the arrangements and efforts put into making everything so special at Malang. The setup was beautifully done, the staff was extremely humble and courteous, and the food was absolutely delightful. The ambience created the perfect atmosphere, and the ghazal night was truly the cherry on top.

Special appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to Shruti for setting everything up so wonderfully and ensuring every detail was taken care of so perfectly. A big thank you as well to the entire team for their warm hospitality and dedication.
