Pros:

Personnel très agréable et attentionné ; grande chambre, bien aménagée.

Cons:

Un bruit permanent toutes les 15 minutes dans la chambre mais cela a été notifié à l'accueil !

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the room had everything we needed. The only downside was that the parking area was quite small, so finding a space could be a little difficult.

It was great to have a lift.
Conveniently located to train station and close to bus routes into Mirabelle platz.

Receptionists were not very sure about how to get to various places..

Very comfortable hotel in Salzburg with close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof.

Great location, great breakfast and comfortable stay
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay
While the hotel was far from the main CBD, it was only a short walk by the river which was beautiful! The room was spacious and facilities were great also
