Das Frühstuck war der Wahnsinn und die Angestellten sehr sehr nett die Zimmer waren super sauber also ich komme immer wieder gern
It was clean, pretty and comfortable.
The choice of breakfast is not bad, but could be a bit more varied for it's cost.
It's easy for the water to flow out of the bathroom if you are not careful.
Not much space to accommodate your belongings.
Leider vorab auf Nachfrage per E-Mail, ob die Salzburg Card im Hotel erhältlich ist, keine Antwort erhalten.
Abends um 23 Uhr die Zeit damit verbracht, die Überschwemmung im gesamten Badezimmer aufzuwischen, weil das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ablief.
Nachts immer wieder durch klopfende Geräusche über 15 - 20 Minuten, vermutlich aus der Klimaanlage, aufgewacht.

Awesome place to stay and it is central
Os funcionários foram atenciosos.
Porém tivemos um problema com o wi-fi. Não conseguimos conectar, pedimos para o funcionario nós ajudar, o que ele fez prontamente. Porém no checkout tivemos uma surpresa muito desagradável, cobraram 80 euros pelo uso do benefício. Foi um absurdo, já que o wi-fi faz parte dos benefícios do hotel. Tentamos conversar com o gerente mas não teve nenhum acordo. Acredito que foi usado de má fé pelo funcionario que nos ajudou.
A clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the coffee capsule machine and the kettle though real coffee capsules instead of decaf would have been good. At least 20 minutes walk to Altstadt but not far from the main train station.
There was a separate room for serving the breakfast but no separate room for having breakfast - we all sat close to reception. My room description said "with a river view" and I had a view of a construction site. There was no restaurant on site for dinner despite it being advertised so I was disappointed as I wanted that option after a full day of tours.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist wunderbar - bis hin zum Bügelbrett, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine - fand ich wirklich super!!
Es ist im Dachgeschoss nur ein Fenster zu kippen, ein bisschen mehr Frischluft - vor allem in der Nacht wäre wünschenswert!
